Prayers for Ian and his family. May God protect him and protect his family as well.
We lift up Ian in prayer! Please tell the family that they are not alone. We are with them in spirit, and God is with us all...
Last word was that he was coming along. Perhaps it's a temporary setback. We have him in our thoughts and send our deepest wishes for his strength and healing.
Prayers for a sweet little angel. Please be near, Lord, with your comfort and healing.

Thank you Father for attending to this family. Let your light shine through all of the family and friends who pray for this little one that all may see your glory. Let your light shine through Ian and heal him please Lord completely. Let your mighty presence be felt in the hospital and convert many to your kingdom. Let Ian praise you all the days of a very long and wonderful life. In Jesus' Name, amen and amen.
Prayers for healing and peace.

Prayers for Ian and his family.
Thank you all for raising Ian and his family in prayer last night. His father, Tom posted this on the CarePage:
"Ian's seizures have worsened to the point where he has been readmitted to the PICU. We are very worried about him and we need lots of prayer. He has been intubated and sedated to keep his airway open and his seizures under control. We don't know much right now, but we'll let you know when we do.
Please pray for Ian and for HJ, who is really struggling right now.
Tom"
While Kevin and Kathleen (friends from our church) were visiting, Ian had several seizures, and stopped breathing three times. The neurology resident called for the neurologist. When she came, she spent about 10 minutes evaluating his situation, and talking with Tom and HJ, and sent him to the Pediatric ICU.
Once Ian was moved to ICU, the medical team was with him for about an hour before coming back to talk with us. That was a very anxious time, and extremely difficult for Tom and HJ, of course. Once the medical team came into the family area of PICU, and explained that Ian was stable, he was sedated, and his seizures were stopped, HJ was reassured enough that she agreed to go home for the night.
The doctors also assured them and us that this happens sometimes - a child will be discharged from ICU, because he's doing well, and then will have a set back and be readmitted to ICU. They plan to keep him there for several days.
Pastor Bill, Pastor Steve, Dema (on of the terrific children's ministers at our church), Tom's business partner (I'm sorry, his name escapes me for now), Reagan (Ian's sister, who kept his airway open and tried to stop the bleeding after the accident), and Tom's sister in law, Ellie, and I all prayed with them. Ellie stayed with Ian, Tom, HJ and Reagan left about 1:00 this morning to go home. Reagan had fallen asleep about 11:30, so Dema carried her out.

My prayers and thoughts are with this family. Thank you for bringing their needs to us. May God bless them with peace.

Continued prayers for Ian and his family...
