blechhhh.....I pretty much had to laugh my way thru the episode after the first 5 minutes. What a obvious hit piece on Coulter, writers made her look like a monster in the , as I said, first 5 minutes, blabbing about issues while the murder victim lies at her feet????? Somehow, if something like this happened in reality, I dont think that will be her response. Reminds me of the hit-piece that L&O did on the minutemen, painting them as all gun-tooting, racist, mad-men. I sense the hand of Lawrence O'donnell all over this.

Did not see any "Left" Wing episodes. I cannot stand Martin Sheen. Mini Rant--I think the movie "Gettysburg" is a relatively accurate portrayal of the characters and events of that battle. Typing as a descendent of four Union Veterans, I think it is insulting to the memory of a great general and fine man that limp wrist Martin Sheen was picked to portray Robert E. Lee.

There was an episode of "Miami" a few seasons back where Calleigh was involved in an investigation relating to horse racing. There was a scene where she was walking across the barnyard with that great blond hair, black pants, with the semi-auto on her hip. I would have surrendered even if I had an ironclad alibi. There were several yayhoos watching her stroll by who had the same reaction I would have had. I think the semi-auto clinched it.

I stopped watching L&O right after the 2004 elections. The star (you can look up who he is) got moody and couldn't compose himself for several weeks after Kerry lost. He actually held up production because he couldn't bring himself to play his part.
How unprofessional could this primadonna get?

You're talking about L&O: CI and the behavior of Vincent D'Onofrio (who was great as the alien in the first Men In Black movie). His sulking may be why Chris Noth's character, Logan, was brought back to the show.

Never liked the show because D'Onofrio comes across as such a smug know-it-all.

She IS gorgeous.

She had some interview with (I think) TV guide a while back, and the interviewer asked if it was difficult for her to work in heels. Her reply was (paraphrasing), "Heavens no, I'm a Southern girl. I've been in heels since I was a teenager."

High heels and high calibers. Yummy!

I've actually started watching CI a little bit for that reason. I was always ambivilent about D'Onofrio's 'Mr. Mental' character, but I liked Noth's character way back when.

And I haven't a clue toward his politics, which is just fine.

I watched the beginning of this episode but I changed the channel when the conservative was the shooter. Yawn. That was predictable.

The interesting part of the show was that the person on trial had Parkinson's a la Michael J Fox and he had tried to harm the conservative female who had used the word 'spaz' to describe people who wanted to kill babies for stem cell research...in the course of the trial it was shown that the Parkinsin guy on trial was trying to manipulate the jury by going off his meds to appear more sympathetic...his strategy backfired since his tremors also made him appear manipulative since if he'd only wanted to scare her he must have had better control of the weapon than he was demonstrating in court or else he was being careless...he was found guilty...I saw it as a direct slap at Michael J Fox who wants it both ways too...the conservative female said essentially that it was selfish to terminate the life of one person for the potential improvement of another person's life.

I don't. Netflix is wonderful - watched "The Third Man" last night. Got Jeeves and Wooster coming.
TV Sucks. (Except for Future Weapons, some A&E and some History Channel - good think I don't have cable!).

I think Emily Proctor played an Ann Coulter type character on West Wing. In Hollywood, conservatives are uptight, judgmental and stupid. Liberals are tolerant, fair-minded and smart. Life's beautiful when libs invert reality upside down.

The smirk went from arrogance to self conciousness to priming. Narcissism. Coulter narcissitic? My God how could anyone say that?

I quit watching L&O during the 90's - lib twist on too many news topics.

I DO watch 'Bones' and 'House'. I could not even tell you what some of the alphabet networks have on during the week.
