My father cheated on my mother, and like you I agree people like that should just divorce, it's less of an embarrassment and demeaning act then cheating on ones spouse and parent of your children. It was 100% classless.

That said, I would not vote Rudy nor my father for any awards in that department, however I don't see how those actions would affect my fathers ability to run a business or Rudy's to govern the Nation.

Lack of trust ruins any relationship. I didn't believe a damn thing Clinton said to us, and therefore didn't support a damn thing he did. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to believe my President for the last six years, and I would rather keep it that way.

So if he had an affair while in office of President and openly snubbed his wife while flaunting the affair in public and then got a fourth divorce and married his new mistress, it would be acceptable to you? You didn't think that Bill Clinton's conduct with Monica was unacceptable for a President?

If a man will betray his own wife, then... why should anyone else trust him?

A divorce is one thing. Cheating is another.

Children almost always have a hard time adjusting when a parent remarries regarless of the circumstances of the divorce (or even in cases when a parent dies).
