The DNC is crapping in their pants at the thought of this.

If Gore nominated Bloomberg as his VP, then it would be more believable.

Big Al hates the Clinton's (whose pecadillos, he believes, cost him the election) more than Perot detested the Bushes.

If nothing else, this throws a huge scare into the Clinton camp, already reeling from her 46 percent dispproval rating in the polls. She can raise money, but she seems to lose more ground with every public appearance. A Gore 3rd party run would pretty much destroy her chances.

I am wondering what Al Gore would take not to do it. I can't think of a single thing the Clinton's could offer the guy that he would want, except for Hillary to forfeit the nomination to him. Is it possible she would fold her hand, looking at the polls currently, and knowing a 3rd party run by Gore would ruin her chances anyway?

Pass the popcorn.

Oh please do run, Al. You can beat Hillary and just think how rewarding it will be to beat her. Remember Al, you have the Hollywierdos behind you, and you just won the Academy Award. Everyone knows you now. Even if you don't beat Hillary, you will keep her from winning. lol

Splitting the leftist vote in the November 4, 2008 General Election between both Hillary and Gore would help the eventual GOP candidate win! Bloomberg may also run himself as a third party candidate, and this would end up helping the eventual GOP candidate even more! I hope that Gore does decide to do this.

Why the hell would he do this when he could probably win the Democratic nomination?

This could be really interesting. ABC-TV Nightline's last segment had Hillary as fodder for comedy routines a little over an hour ago.

AlGore, High priest of Global Warming Religion, Inc.

Above we see Algore's Great-Great-Great-Great Uncle AzGore, at work as an Aztec priest-  hoodwinking the sheeple by "Making  the Sun Go Dark".

Uncle AzGore's predecessors had figured out that, by watching the sun and other celestial bodies, they could accurately predict, among other things, a Solar Eclipse.

The ignorant masses were not privy to Uncle AzGore's secret knowledge and they were shocked and awed when Uncle AzGore's displayed his  "magic".

Today, AlGore is milking his magical knowledge of the periodic Warming and Cooling cycle - which has been going on for a loooong time - as documented using data from the Vostok Ice Cores:

Yes, Global Warming is real.   It's happened LOTS of times.

Since I instinctively distrust e-mails, I decided to do some corroboration, and it checks out. There's even a thread on the subject from a month ago.

The purpose of such a candidacy would not be to win the White House but rather to establish matching funds for the Greens in 2012.

"We are facing a planetary emergency. I'm fully aware that that phrase sounds shrill to many people's ears. But it is accurate."

I hate to say this, but Al Gore might actually be right for a change. Al Gore is so full of hot air that he is single-handedly causing global warming, manbearpig, etc.
