Prosecutors have a name for this malady. It’s been dubbed the “CSI Effect.” In fact, it was blamed for an acquittal right here in Cleveland. People think everything is supposed to be done lickety-split like in the 30 sec. on TV and, also like on TV, everything fits perfectly and ties up in a nice neat little package. Real life just isn’t that pretty and neat.
*snort* Yeah, that just about covers it.
so what. the president said thousands of those students commute to school, they could have been turned around at the entrances to the parking lot by 7:30AM. and no deployment of security was done to other halls at 7:30AM, no officers went to the buidling where the massacre took place until the shooting occurred there, at which time they had to break through the chained doors.
the bottom line is that they didn’t do much anywhere else across the campus for 2 hours, they only investigated the initial shooting at the first building.
They should have found the ventilation sytem and pumped tear gas into the room. The cops weren’t sneaky enough.
I hope that isn't the case.

Why ISN’T this VA TECH policeofficer willing to identify the type of weapons that were recovered?

If you do a quick search on "William Morva", you will find that after he killed two people, they "locked down" VA Tech on the first day of classes. The difference is that William Morva killed a hospital security guard and a local Deputy. If I was a lawyer for one of the victims, I would be making this comparison.
And they are not looking for the first shooter? Maybe he's dead too?
