How in the world would the university know what was in the cup??

I dunno, the caption "Drunken Pirate" mighta been a tip off. Anyway, what kind of message does it convey when the sixth grade boys start circulating that picture and caption?

Jane S. Bray, dean of the School of Education, accused Snyder of promoting underage drinking, the suit states.

And she was 26 at the time. Its not like she was 18 and doing jager bombs off another girls stomach.

What evidence do they have at all that she promoted underage drinking? I don't think the school has a peg leg to stand on.

Heck they'll barely pay attention...since one of them will probably be sleeping with another teacher at the school.

I don’t understand it. I saw an interview with her today. Except for her arm flab, she seemed like a very nice, normal young woman.

Loved the pegleg reference!

Here's a photo of my favorite middle school teacher.

Aaah, I remember Miss Ling like it was only yesterday.

Madness. In a perfect (read; “my”) world, the woman gets a promotion.

All I see is silly "thing" not "things", and some of my best teachers were pretty freaking silly... and brilliant in the midst of the sillyness.

I wonder if they will try to dig up some dirt on Ole’ Jane? I am sure there is a photo or two of her at the office Christmas party back in the 70’s sitting on the Xerox machine!

My best teachers never needed to post themselves doing silly things for anyone to stumble upon... sorry.

Everyone wanting attention from people they don’t know always amazes me.

Maybe it’s the “Mr. Goodbar” cup that has them riled up. Anyone out there remember the movie, “Looking for Mr. Goodbar”?

All I see is a cup. Who’s to say that it didn’t contain iced tea, or perhaps water?

Yes, I snuck into the theater with firends to see that movie when I was a young lad. I didn’t like the movie.

See the story in more detail at http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2007/0426072pirate1.html including several pages from her complaint against the university. I think it’s pretty outrageous that the university behaved this way.

Yep, I remember the movie. However the cup carries the logo of the candy bar which has been around just a bit longer.

But she SAID she was a "drunken pirate" on the webpage, and we all know that anything printed on the internet is TRUE!!!
