It’s an Indian soup. A friend of ours makes it from
scratch, but hubby found the canned version, which is
easier. It has shredded pork and a tomatoey base. Sounds awful, but it’s not bad...especially if you already like hominy. :D

Yes, Ma’am I surely have been. My roots are there in a little town (Lubbeckt) located in west-central Germany. I still have relatives there. The land looks exactly the same as the area where I was born and raised.

Problem on Tuesday night...need to make major headway on the hard stuff, as all corrections have to be figured out and done by 2p on Wednesday...then we cut checks. My units have some input issues. d:o) If I wait til morning, some things don’t get checked. I don’t like making corrections after the fact.
