The verdict came after jurors heard audio tapes of a May 2005 ceremony in a Bronx apartment in which Sabir and his best friend, Tariq Shah, a martial arts expert and jazz musician, pledged loyalty to al-Qaida and, the government alleged, Osama bin Laden.

Fron the NY Daily News in 2005 :

...Kelley said [Tariq/Tarik] Shah - son of Lieutenant X, one of Malcolm X's top aides - even bragged to an undercover FBI agent and a federal informant that he could kill with prayer beads. ... ... Officials said Shah, who also went by the names Tarik Jenkins and Abu Musab, took steps to find a secret location in the New York area to house a terror training camp. "At one point, in the company of the [informant], Shah allegedly inspected a warehouse on Long Island to determine its suitability as a training facility," said the statement.

He will last maybe a year in prison....the POS!!!!

Good Morning Friend.

Maybe, maybe not. There is (as in many prison systems) within the Florida Dept of Corrections a large Muslim population, they are provided equal access, support and materials by the Chaplain offices in each prison so they can pray to Mecca, do it on a nifty little carpet (that presumably doesn't fly), and attend Islamic services and study the Quran and all that terrorist crapola.

In fact, the 'good' (har har) doctor may well be received and hailed as an Islamic hero.

With luck, he might end up working as a medical intern for the prison health services, under the likely supervision of an infidel of course.

I agree with the other posters, a rope would be cheaper.

Oops my bad, I see that Sabir will be going into the FEDERAL prison system, not Florida's.

Hey, it's 2:00 in the morning.

His ex-wife Ingrid Doyle, 47, of Manhattan, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that Sabir was born into a large Catholic family in New York and converted to Islam while in high school. "While we were married he was a lovely father and husband and nothing if not a hardworking man," Doyle said. ----Two busted in Al Qaeda plot in U.S.," NY Daily News ^ | May 30 2005 | ROBERT F. In addition, Alhalabi recently got into hot water for his negotiated shipment of a $13,000 thermal imaging device to Syria.  The Commerce Department restricts the export of the device to foreign countries.  In a recent news report concerning Alhalabi’s transaction, it was stated that this machine is “normally used by fire departments, military units, law enforcement and government agencies, including NASA, to produce heat-sensitive images of buildings, landscapes and ground areas.”  Alhalabi claims that his brother wanted it, so that he could search for gold.------- "Boca Raton, City of Terror," By Joe Kaufman, FrontPageMagazine.com, May 22, 2003, http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=7982
This mosque has as its Imam :

* Ibrahim Dremali : the imam of the Islamic Center of Boca Raton.  (ICBR)[one of two related mosques in Boca Raton] ------- "Boca Raton, City of Terror," By Joe Kaufman, FrontPageMagazine.com, May 22, 2003, http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=7982

... Ibrahim Dremali is the imam of the Islamic Center of Boca Raton.  Questions have been raised as to a possible association of his to a militant Islamic group.  On July 1, 1996, Dremali was detained by the Israeli Defense Force and told that he was not to leave Gaza indefinitely.  On July 5, 1996, at 10 pm, he would set off for Cairo and was to arrive there within two hours.  How do I know this?  Because the information was posted to the internet by someone that signed it “LM Hashim.”  Keep that in mind, as you read on. In October of 2000, Dremali spoke at a rally where Israeli flags were burned and slogans, such as “With jihad we'll claim our land, Zionist blood will wet the sand,” were shouted.  Dremali told the crowd “not to be sad for those who were martyred and to not be afraid to die for what they believe in”… obvious allusions to suicide bombers.  Dremali now claims that he did not make the statement, and the 50 word paragraph that contains this information (and the picture accompanying the paragraph) has now mysteriously disappeared from the article on the website that it was written for (www.islam-online.net), though it can still be accessed via archives.  The author of the article is “Um Ahmad [aka Lamyaa Hashim].”------- "Boca Raton, City of Terror," By Joe Kaufman, FrontPageMagazine.com, May 22, 2003, http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=7982

Imam Dremali's brother Ishaq was the Gaza operations coordinator for a Florida charity just south of Boca Raton called the Health Resourch Center for Palestine (HRCP):

Lamyaa Hashim, or Um Ahmad as she often goes by, is a well known Islamic poet.  Her poetry, including one poem which seems to be about a suicide bomber (‘My Beloved Left for Palestine’), can be seen on such radical sights as palestine4ever.net.  The site belongs to the medical director for the Palestine Children’s Welfare Fund, Rosemary Davis (Shadya Hantouli), and features a picture gallery of past suicide bombers.  Hashim gave permission to put her poetry on the site. You can also access more of Hashim’s poetry on her personal website, ‘Struggle in Palestine,’ which contains on its homepage a picture of someone burning an effigy that says on his (the effigy’s) chest, “WAR IS HELL, BUSH IS SATAN.”  In addition, there is a link on her site to an organization associated with the terrorist group Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and a link to a site praising Abdullah Azzam, the founder of the organization that became Al Qaida. Lamyaa Hashim is also important, because she ran a Deerfield Beach, Florida charity called the Health Resourch Center for Palestine (HRCP), which as of late has closed down.  Deerfield Beach is located just south of Boca Raton.  Ibrahim Dremali’s brother, Ishaq, was the Gaza operations coordinator for itWhile the HRCP may be “closed for business,” as the site has stated, the website for the charity is still up, though (www.hrcp.org).  The webmaster of the site is Syed Ahmad.  On his personal site, he states he is an FAU student.  On his personal site, he also has a homepage to the Islamic Association for Palestine, a front group for Hamas.  In addition, his site sports the homepage for the Sanabel Charitable Society, what seems to be the Gaza affiliate to the HRCP;  it lists Lamyaa Hashim as its United States representative........------- "Boca Raton, City of Terror," By Joe Kaufman, FrontPageMagazine.com, May 22, 2003, http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=7982

Dr. Samir worked at two hospitals down in Boca Raton- reminds me of the carload of med students - who had been overheard by a woman in Atlanta - who were pulled over after being accused of blowing a toll booth in the Sept 2002 Alligator Alley incident. They were supposedly headed for Larkin Hospital in Miami.

For his honeymoon, Kerry chose a telling location: the Pershing family's Jamaica home. Richard Pershing, a close friend of Kerry's and a fellow member of Yale's Skull and Bones society, had been killed in Vietnam. Pershing's grandfather, General John Joseph "Black Jack" Pershing, had commanded US forces in Europe during World War I.

Kerry's "Imaginary" Friend
By David Schlossberg
FrontPageMagazine.com | November 2, 2004

As a graduate of the Yale class of 1966, I resent the self-serving lies and misrepresentations advanced by my classmate John Kerry. Herewith, a few corrections:

John Kerry has been using the Pershing name to dramatize his Vietnam experience, claiming to have been a close friend of Richard Pershing, the grandson of General (Black Jack) Pershing. Richard Pershing was a member of the Yale class of 1966, and he was killed in Vietnam shortly after we graduated. However, Kerry's constant references to his 'dearest' friend are exaggerated and exploitative. In fact, Dick Pershing and I roomed together for all 4 years at Yale.

I don't remember John Kerry ever being in our room or even being a particular favorite of Dick's. In this regard, it is particularly revealing that a recent biography of General Pershing, Until The Last Trumpet Sounds (by Gene Smith), includes an entire chapter on Dick, primarily on his years at Yale; the name John Kerry does not appear.

The Pershing Family did know Kerry, but they disliked him intensely. This antipathy stemmed primarily from an incident at the Pershing home on Park Avenue not long after Dick's death: at a gathering of friends and family, Kerry worked the room with his anti-Vietnam message, incurring the undying enmity of Mr. and Mrs. Pershing and Dick's older brother Jack, a Green Beret. The family was shocked and insulted by Kerry's insensitivity.

Kerry has implied - as recently as the first Presidential debate – that he became disillusioned about Vietnam by his military experience. However, as early as 1965, in his Junior year at Yale, he was giving anti-war speeches; and his Class Day Oration in 1966 - prior to graduation - criticized American involvement in Vietnam. These sentiments clearly antedated his Vietnam experience. So why did he join the Navy? He told some classmates that it would help his career.

The above pattern suggests a callous and opportunistic personality -- hardly what I would call Presidential.

BSNS EXCLUSIVE: Kerry enlists High-Powered Aide in an attempt to cleanse his image
KerryYDT BOSTON, MA (BSNS) -- Running hard to catch up, in the run-up to the 2008 Presidential Election, Massachusetts Senator John F. Kerry (...The Loser in 2004, to President George W. Bush) has once again made changes to his struggling campaign team, according to recent, as-yet-unconfirmed, reports. Undisclosed sources revealed early this week that Kerry has recently added a Scottish noblewoman to his staff.  Her primary duties are said to be to clean up Kerry's seriously-besmirched image with still-angry Vietnam Era Veterans, and others with long memories, who have long been suspicious of Kerry's bona fides, amid persistent  rumors of his 'aid-and-comfort to the (Vietcong/NVA) enemy', his apparent 'refusal to release his disputed military records', and his on-going 'lack of support for the military' in general.
Reportedly, Kerry's new staffer, M. Macbeth, has a great deal of prior experience with stain-removal, having been unsuccessful in only ONE prior occasion, during a long and otherwise-unblemished career.  In a recent interview M. Macbeth discounted that particular failure, saying, "As everyone already knows, THAT one time involved a highly unusual situation, and one particularly DIFFICULT stain."  Some experienced observers say she is likely to find THIS project no less daunting.

It urks me to no end that this guy got into medical school and used it to this end.

How many “stealth Americans” like this guy are out there ?

Diversity is a ridiculous term that stands as an end under itself. Oh my, ny all means bring in a cross section of terrorists, misfits, and other kinds of enemies of our country to our medical schools. Just what we need. Killers posing as doctors. Even the deranged Left itself has reason not to sleep well.

“Why are so many muslim doctors terrorists? Did they not take the Hippocratic oath?”

Any oath, indeed, any statement, made by a Muslim to an infidel CAN BE A LIE AND THEIR KORAN EXPRESSLY ALLOWS THIS.

Look up ‘l-tarqayaa’ & ‘kitman’. These two terms are also known as ‘holy hypocrisy’.

Just because some who is Muslim swears to you he is telling the truth, means nothing as you are merely ‘a dog of an infidel’.

While some Muslim apologist will calim that the koran allows such lies only in matters of religion, the awful reality is that to a Muslim, all matters are religious and are covered by their “Sharia” law.

MUSLIMA ARE ALLOWE TO LIE TO INFIDELS! I hope you are taking notes. remember, the test may occur any time when you are talking to a Muslim.

If the quote from the supposed ex-wife in post # 44 is accurate, then the issue of Sabir’s birth is solved. But might the ex-wife have motive to lie to protect herself? If he was “a lovely father and husband”, why would she be his “ex-wife”?
