I'm sure it's not terror related just like they say. It was probably a pre-shabbat joyride by some Hassids from Brooklyn. Happens all the time on nice summer Friday afternoons around here.

The men were captured near the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal in downtown Brooklyn, near the massive cruise ship the Queen Mary 2, just after 11 a.m.
Just out joyriding next to the largest ocean liner ever built. On a Friday. No I'm sure mo had nothing to do with this one...
