The original cost $25,000. The reborn DeLorean commands $57,000. Like Debbie Schlussel, I'd buy one if I could afford one. I think it was the coolest car of the 80s. Yep - the new one is also American-made.

How can you tell if a Delorean has gone down a road ... the white line is gone...

I want mine with the “Mr. Fusion” reactor in the back, and the wheels that fold up to reveal an anti-gravity drive.

I’m just freaked out about it being 25 years ago. OMG. A cool car and I’d love to have one next to a classic Mustang convertible, neither of which is sitting in my garage :(

I rather see some follow up on an article I read last year that said Dodge was bringing back the Challenger. The ‘71 Dodge Challenger was my favorite muscle car of all time.

Unlike some classic cars, time has not been a friend to the Delorean. Those awkward-looking bumpers really date it. There are no sexy curves, just angular sheet metal.

I have a DeLorean. This is great news. Spare parts should be easier to get and the value of my version should go back up, I would think.

The reborn DeLorean commands $57,000. Does that include the cocaine?

I think this is great news. Not only for the car but for the U.S. Here’s hoping our country embraces this venture. I would love to see our country go back to doing what it does best—build and grow everything for themselves. We do not have a service nation mentality. We need to be busy accomplishing something we can go home at night, put our feet up and feel satisfaction at a days work.

Like years past ... if you had a Harley, you'd better have a pickup truck to transport it after breaking down on highway.

Not a success when they made 25 years ago, overweight and under powered.
Go to had it to the guy that bought all those parts though, probably for pennies on the dollar.

Five U.S. dealerships and one in Europe to sell 12 - 24 cars per year at $57,000 per...built mostly from old parts?
Doesn’t seem to add up.
