The interesting thing is...this theory did work....!
Is that a real ad?
“Wait a minute, Doc. Are you telling me you built a time machine out of a DeLorean?”
I was just playing around with my time machine today.
I wanted to go back to 1992. That was a pivotal year. Remember? George Bush was re-elected. Think of what that caused. The Muslims bombed the World Trade Center the next year and killed a handful of people.
Fortunately, Bush had all his army divisions available, and basically bombed and battered the fledging Al-Qaeda organization back to nothing. They’ve hardly bothered us at all since then.
Anyway, I went back to 1992 and nothing happened. Actually, I did see Ross Perot and mentioned “hey, with your money, I bet you could run for president!” I’m sure nothing came of that.
“...Time travel research is based on bending space-time so much that time lines actually turn back on themselves to form a loop, technically known as a “closed time-like curve.”...”
Sounds like Groundhog Day.
A great line in an otherwise crappy movie. Extra points for obscurity.
'Them' wasn't it? Good premise for a movie. Needed a bigger budget. Maybe some punching-up of the script.
Didn’t I read this post tomorrow?
Some mentally deficient scientists will say anything to get a grant or to become famous.
There is no such thing as “Time travel” and there will never be.
This one? Real f**king ugly...
You... you look like your face fell in the cheese dip back in 1957.
I've got one that can see...

John Carpenter's "They Live" isn't just a movie, it's a manual for survivial...LOL (My aplogies to fans of The Lost Boys for that brazen act of theft)
