Anyway, this shows that the doom and gloom the surrendercrats have been peddling hasn't been as effective as they probably wanted on the general populous. So that is good.
But notice how the question, "Define a U.S. victory in Iraq" was met by 60% of dims with basically "victory in Iraq can never happen." So no matter what happens, Dims want so hard to believe Iraq is lost and will always be lost, just to spite the Republicans and President Bush.
kool-aid has that effect
Wishful thinking on the part of the ‘rats.
Touché Dems. Now do what the people want and stop pushing for surrender.
The Dems think we lost the war? Wishful thinking.
They’re COPPERHEADS! They want us to lose.
Thanks and bookmark for making heads explode!!!
I’m sure the Democrats light candles and say prayers every day hoping for failure in Iraq, for political reasons.

Conservatives love Freedom.. Liberals don’t.
What else can one expect from Dims? They are loser leeches.
I would add a few provisions to the definition of “victory” in Iraq. I’ve struggled with this, trying to work out in my own mind what would truly constitute a victory. Here is what I have at this point:
* Iraq needs to have control over its national security and needs to be sufficiently strong enough to defend itself against both internal and foreign threats to its sovereignty, citizens and government.
* As long as we have turned this into a nation-building effort, victory also means that Iraq needs to become a strong ally of the U.S., now and remain so in the future for as long as possible.
* Iraq needs to remain a secular state and be a democratic republic. The Iraq government needs to ensure free elections will continue, and guard itself against fraud and corruption.
* To put it in simple terms: The Kurds, Sunnis and Shiites just need to all get along.
* Non-Muslims must not feel like second-class citizens there.
* When this is all over and “victory” is declared, the U.S. needs to reduce or eliminate its presence there as much as possible.
Am I off-base here at all?
I can’t help but feel that it’s gonna be pretty damn tough. But we can’t quit; we must persevere and realize the goals.
Of course, the Dims say it’s not just tough, it’s impossible. It’s a quagmire and we might as well just give up before we lose more lives. Baloney to that.
A majority of Americans - 54% - believe the United States has not lost the war in Iraq......despite constantly being told otherwise by the liberal media.
The majority of Americans don’t have a clue of what is going on over there so why would their thoughts even count!

This is amazing considering the 24/7 brainwashing from PravdABDNC.

“The online survey of 6,711 adults nationwide was conducted August 17-20, 2007 carries a margin of error of +/- 1.2 percentage points.”
This SOUNDS nice BUT the real good news here is that Republicans still own the Internet. zombie must be smoking crack if he seriously wants to claim a “ +/- 1.2 percentage points.”
Republicans must have outnumbered anti Americans on this survey.
