"I speak for at least half the people here, including the Founder Jim Robinson, who has stated he will not vote for Giuliani under any circumstance."

Agree.

NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE

Don't Cut and Run, vote pro-life every time. It's the way you always win.

‘We cannot diminish the value of one category of human life — the unborn — without diminishing the value of all human life.’ —Ronald Reagan

And that Clinton’s judicial appointments were fantastic. Ginsberg, anyone?

Hello Rudy proclaimed Ginsburg as a model of what type of justices he'd choose. Give me a break.

Nothing is more important than the freedom to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. To allow each individual these pursuits, the legal and moral system must prevent one person from deliberately taking the life of another under any circumstance. When someone kills accidentally, then the punishment should be severe to deter others as well as making others more vigilant. Property cannot be exchanged without just compensation. Opportunity to be properly educated must be afforded to all. A person should be able freely associate with any group. What is life without freedom? Communism.

In New York, if you vote in the primary (or sign to put any Republican on the ballot), you lose your right to sign for a third-party candidate later in the election season, like in 2008.

I'm not sure how many states have this rule.

In New York, Rudy is almost certain to get the Republican nomination. Therefore it makes sense to hold off and see if your support for a third-party candidate is needed. In states where you don't lose that right, or where the race is close, it makes sense to vote for a pro-lifer in the primary.

We start signature-collecting season October 30, so it is coming right up. I don't think anyone has the time to do a survey of all 50 election laws, so my humble advice is to be aware of the voting laws in your own state, check out the probability of the winner, and make an intelligent decision with forethought.

The RNC is the most worrisome!

Many will probably disagree on this, but the Central Committees no longer have the power to choose candidates as they used to have. Elections are now candidate centered. Central Committees are there to help (or should be), but it's up to the candidates organization today.

Rudy has proclaimed that Ginsberg has similar positive characteristics as Roberts and Alito.

Given his past track record of nominating overwhelmingly Liberal candidates, why would we believe he would nominate anything else?

Also, he has a disturbing behavior patter of lying about inconvenient facts in his past.

Why would I believe anything he has to say???

This is a pledge.

I will not vote for a pro-abortion candidate.

I will vote only for a pro-life candidate. I will carefully scrutinize any candidate I think is a phony pro-life candidate simply mouthing the right words for the sake of political expediency. If their past words make them suspect, they must demonstrate in some substantial way that they have actually changed.

How many conservatives were available when pro-life presidents nominated Souter, Stevens, O’Connor and Kennedy. I would imagine quite a few. If a pro-life president would nominate supporters of Roe then what makes you think a pro-abortion president would nominate a judge that would vote against it?

Rudy Giuliani...

Pro Abortion
Pro Gun Control

I could go on, and on, and on.... there's not a lick of difference between him and Hillary.

Look at the looser I have for governor (Schwarzenegger) and tell me voting for party is important.

You're preaching to the choir on this one. Tom McClintoch was my boy!

Permitting democrats to take elected offices will not protect any of the unborn. It can only serve to make things worse.

How so?

What happens if Rudy gets nominated and THEN it becomes public that he is bisexual or that he is affiliated with the mob?

What then? How can we take that chance?

he would appoint strict constructionists to the SC, I would probably have to hold my nose and vote for him.

No reason to vote for him anyway. Unless the Republicans swing FAR to the right, we will wind up losing even more seats in both houses...

No Constructionist judges are going to be approved by a Democrat controlled Senate anyway. The judges are a lost cause.

The only way we get judges is with a conservative candidate popular enough to have coattails in order to begin regaining the Houses of Congress.

I’m getting out my Christmas card list and sending stuff out to all my friends who care about the election — just don’t do their research. Heck, I don’t care. I’ll do it for them and spend the postage to let them know what I think. Have done it for every national election for a long time. It counts.

Lets see how Hillary protects the unborn.

She'd probably do a better job than Rudy. With Republicans galvanized against her, none of her pro-abortion bills are going to pass.

You dont betray the ones that “brung ya to the dance” and get away with it. If its Guliani vs. the Beast..Im for Guliani.

You don't urinate on your base of supporters but then expect them to support you in the general election. The conservatives who man the phones and go door-to-door, passing out flyers? They're the base, hello! With Rudy nominated, that simply ain't going to happen. Conservatives will be indifferent, if they aren't supporting whatever 3rd party candidate will instantaneously arise once Rudy's nominated.

Yours was an exceptional circumstance. Doctors can only work within the realm of the possible and, with the family, have to weigh their options.

More typical is that the pregnancy is not convenient, and in such cases, we cannot innocently withhold judgment.
