The neoCOMMIES are trying to make hay about the President's veto of the SCHIP bill which would mean that a family of four, making $82,600 a year would be eligible. Thus, children in families that are in the top 25 percent of income-earners would be eligible for government-funded health insurance. It also would extend the definition of the term “child” up to 25 years old!
