Fox News calls Missouri for Barack Obama, contradicting AP's projection, which earlier gave the bellwether state to Clinton.

YES!!!!!!This is a switch! Delayed reporting from St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Columbia, and KC turned the tables against Hillary. Wonder if they Obama turnout would still be there in November for Hillary?

All the talk is of McCain on his way to victory. Can anyone tell me if Obama is ahead of Hillary or is she still the presumptive nominee?

If Romney is dropping out, wouldn’t it be quite a move for the nominee to make appeals to black America, while Hilary and Obama battle it out. How about a McCain/Rice ticket?

Cities like St. Louis report late so that they know how many votes its candidate needs. Not sure I have a dog in this fight, but its good to see the Clintons burned by voter fraud. Particularly since, the Clintons know exactly what just happened to them.

Well, Obama definitely won the night, considering that the evil Clintons had double-digit leads in most of these states just weeks (or even days) ago.

As of right now, Obama holds a small plurality in delegates overall and it remains to be seen how many delegates he can pull out of California (as it is not winner-take-all).

Either way, this spells serious trouble for the evil Clintons. After all, they were considered the presumptive nominees. They were supposed to have had the nomination sewed up tonight.

The momentum continues to shift Obama's way and this does not bode well for future contests. A month ago, there was a 80/20 chance of the Clintons being nominated. Last night, there was a 60/40 chance. Tomorrow morning, it will likely be Obama with a 60/40 chance of getting the nomination.

The ashtrays are flying tonight.

You think it was our old friend “Voter Fraud”? I think it just may be the minorities finally “finding their voice”.

watching local stations here in MO. To be more exact:

With 97% counted Obama is ahead by less than 6,000 votes. MCCain pulled ahead of Huckabee at 97% reporting with a less than 8,000 vote lead.

Anxious to see the 100% results though

A serious percentage of the Dim delegates are "Super-delegates" selected by the party operatives. The best situation for the GOP is for the Dim primary popular vote to go slightly to Obama and for the party apparatus to give the win to Hillary. The screams of disenfranchisement would be hilarious!

I agree. This would be the "perfect storm" that the GOP could really use this year to their advantage.

Imagine Obama going into the convention with a modest lead in delegates and the Clintons stealing the nomination through parlor tricks. Not only through the super-delegates, but by having the delegates in Michigan and Florida counted after it was previously agreed that the Democrats would not campaign in those states (due to them circumventing party rules on primary scheduling).

Remember that the Clintons somehow kept their name on the ballot in Michigan so they easily "won" that state while they went to Florida for fund-raisers just before that state's primary (but they weren't "campaigning" - honest!).

Yeah, it would be like watching a 52-car pile-up in the Indy 500.

Yes, the blacks know their place is on the Democrat pity plantation and not with the party of emancipation and equality.

Hillary has to pick someone other than Obama as her running mate. Someone with Foreign policy experience. Probably some fossil from her husband's admin.

I’m with you I will vote for congress and initiatives but not for president. By the way did you see the demo turn out compared to republican turnout. they were almost 2 to 1. We are going to get our clocks cleaned come November if they the Democrat’s all turn out. If Hilary is the nominee then their turnout will be suppressed. I see us losing seats in the House and Senate.
