From Col. Bacon

1. The unit that captured was 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne
Division.
2. The C-5 rocket is interesting... it was designed to be used as an
air to ground rocket... does not have a guidance system... AQI has used
it as a ground to air weapon primarily... they try shoot a bunch up in
air to hit a low flying helo or aircraft.

I hope this helps.

Not to mention that these 40 fighters will have to be absent for a considerable period of time, since they are all super delegates to the Democratic National Convention.

We gave him our business and received [$10,000] from him as a down-payment but he still owes us another [$10,000], and late we gave him [$28,000] to get the Lorry back but he did not return it yet (the actual owner of the dealership is [REDACTED]
Huh. So basically he paid $18,000 to someone who owed him $10,000 in order to get back a vehicle that was effectively stolen, and didn't even get it back. Heh heh... "sure, I'll buy it from you." [thinking] "And I'll 'put some money down on it' and figure you won't live to collect the rest, you dolt."

That looks right. I assumed he referred to a “PKC” as well. Not hard to get in Iraq, either from previous army stocks or black market (usually sold by IA or IP guys).

If genuine, this is good news.

Yep. It's a PK or PKMS series MG, called BKC by the Iraqis from a reaaaaal loose translation of the Cyrillic leter model designation, much as the Soviet Simonova SKS carbine was frequently called a CKC in Vietnam.

The latest Squad-level SAW version of the BKC, which may have been Iraqi produced, is known as the PKP, or Pecheneg. The original is referred to as PKS, from stankovi, for tripod or *stanchion.*

Somebody post a pic of a C5 rocket

[snip!]the weapons that are in the possession of [REDACTED] are 2000 C5 Rockets plus an RPG-9 but he refuses to give us any of it lately and we do not know what his intention is in that regard

Not *actually* a rocket, but a rocket/grenade for the SPG-9M gun-launcher of the BMP-1 and BMD-1, also available on a ground mount for Infantry or pickup bed mounts- and bad news for Humvees and Strykers. Their source is probably getting more money selling them [PGV-15 version] in the US:
