Here’s some reforms for Iraq - these will take the wind out of Islamic crazy men.

First, institute a form of social security - so older women can have “go to hell money" if the family patriarch wants the children to blow themselves up. This killer got his sense of entitlement from somewhere... and it was probably "good old dad".

2. Create divorce that’s the same for men as for women ( right now the man says “I divorce you” three times and it’s over — the women? next to impossible.

Then, 3. collect child support from these guys. It’s harder to go nuts when you don’t feel so entitled. And when you're sweating reality. These steps won’t stop all of it - but it’ll put a civilized damper on some of the crazy outrageous Islamic behavior.
