Wrestler Hulk Hogan Sued Over Son's Car Crash

Celebrity wrestler Hulk Hogan is being sued by attorneys for the man who was critically injured in a crash involving Hogan's son.

John Graziano's attorneys filed suit Monday in Clearwater against Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.

The suit says he and his estranged wife, Linda, are liable as the parents of 17-year-old Nick Bollea.

Graziano was a passenger in Nick Bollea's 1998 Toyota Supra when Bollea lost control and crashed into a tree on a downtown Clearwater Street August 26th.

Lawyers say the Iraq war veteran -- who wasn't wearing a seat belt -- was left in a semiconscious state and will require care for the rest of his life.

An attorney says millions of dollars will be sought.

Nick Bollea is facing a criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

And whose decision was it to ignore the law and refuse to wear a seat belt?

-- who wasn't wearing a seat belt --

Enough said... suit should be dismissed.

FYI, Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea): Hard-core lefty.

So, I guess a predatory lawsuit (in a very crooked county) is OK in that case, eh?

Incidentally, I'm not so sure he's such a "hard core lefty."

In any event, his family has been undergoing some real stress lately, according to the press. From what I understand he's not such a bad fellow. I've met his wife and I recall when his kids were just tots.

As the adult sponsor of a minor driver he will be financially liable. The lack of seat belt use will prolong the suit and mitigate the settlement somewhat but will not eliminate the liability.

I make no judgements, I was just pointing out his ideological predeliction.
I have heard him spouting some of the same crazed rhetoric normally heard on left-wing radio and read on left-wing websites.

Contributory negligence.

Unfortunately, Mr. Bollea is the “deep pockets” in this case, and is likely to get raped by the “justice” system.

Hogan endorsed Obama on Kimmel’s talk show.

Incidentally, some of that stress in his family was brought on by the fact that he was banging one of his daughter’s friends.

I've got a rope! Let's have a lynch-party for the non-seat belt wearer!

In Oklahoma, you would not be allwed to bring up that the injured driver was not wearing a seat belt. We have a very strong plaintiff’s bar lobby. It is ridiculous.

Where did that come from? Are you talking about his underage daughter who has underage friends?
