FReeper Poll... Who Do You Support for VP, and How Strongly?
Self | 7/18/08 | Self

Posted on 07/18/2008 12:19:29 PM PDT by NYC Republican

I would appreciate fellow FReepers making your views known... I've asked the Mods to run a poll repeatedly and haven't heard anything back...

Please tell us whom you support and your level of intenstity... I'll tally up the results afterward...

On intensity... 1= solid support... 2= tepod/lukewarm... 3=hold your nose but still support

- Palin

- Jindal

- Romney

- Sanford

- Pawlenty

- someone else (write-in).

Thanks

I know you won’t brag, but allow me to not brag, but celebrate. Hubby (the great GOP_Harley_Guy) signed his retirement papers today at 49 after 31 years of service in public transportation (aka human cattle car industry). We’re off the Vegas to celebrate his retirement and my birthday. I’ll be getting him a fine cigar and I’ll be enjoying champagne with strawberries. Let’s see you do that 49, young one. :-)

You claimed Tom Tancredo and Rush Limbaugh were paid off to support Romney.

Yet I’ve seen no evidence to back that claim up.

Thanks. I’m so happy for him. He’s paid his dues BIG TIME and then some. Now GOP_Harley_Guy will finally have time to enjoy riding his Harley.

Solid Romney for all the reasons you listed. He’s MUCH better than McCain on the trail.

Hubby is 2-1/2 months older than me. :-) Get working. I want to see you do the same. Do it to it! :-)

No, I said Tancredo was paid off (and he shanked Hunter in the back in doing so). I said Rush was nowhere to be found in helping Fred’s campaign. He had the prime opportunity to back the only viable Conservative in the race, and he held back earlier this year and said nothing.

I’m still waiting on proof than Tancredo was paid off.

I'll go first... Romney... Solid support...

No secret that I am in total agreement with you for all the reasons listed. Romney will not make amateur mistakes. He has great organization and name recognition and is an excellent public speaker.

I like Bobby Jindal a lot also but he does not have the life experience and maturity that we get with Romney. As for the others on the list, I just don't think they have the national name recognition or organization in place to help the ticket much and because of their inexperience with being in a national campaign they could make some big mistakes.

No arguments here. I like Romney for the job.

Second would be Palin. Then Jindal.

Just no Lindsey Graham.

"Duncan Hunter would be the best.
But Palin might help him get elected more, symbolically.:

Exactly as you said.

Hey, what happened to that elderly, loony, orthographically and grammatically-challenged *omneybot supporter, you know who I’m talking about ? She used to be omnipresent on these threads, her name escapes me at the moment.

I’d never even heard of her until you started spamming the threads with her picture.

Palin: I know absolutely nothing about her, except she’s good looking.

Palin does bring that. And I also think she will add value to the ticket because of her well documented pro-drilling record.

Why not Graham ? Sure he’s a poofter, but *omney makes him look like Attila the Hun.

Why does your HATRED of a productive woman always show up
on your endless spam threads pushing that liberal RINO Romney?
