Possibly unbeknownst to you there are MILLIONS, TENS OF MILLIONS of ordinary Americans who have or could have dual citizenship and they don't even know it.
For persons with two or more grandparents eligible for Japanese citizenship, a recent rule cange makes them instantly eligible ~ just stop by the consulate or the embassy and sign up.
Persons with Korean ancestry have similar options.
Best deal ever (since you can have a bank account not subject to the Swiss deal with IRS) a number of Swiss cantons allow the extension of citizenship to any descendant of anyone who was ever a canton citizen ~ no matter how many generations intervene ~ just prove it.

Yeah. One would think so, but there have been no records found at any of the hospitals in Hawaii concerning his birth. No doctors or nurses have come forth to say they delivered the Senator at birth, and a black man from Kenya and a white teenage girl from Washington state would be highly visisble.
The only living witness is Grandma Madeline Dunham, the Senator’s maternal grandmother. And she isn’t speaking to the press (OR is being held incommunicado).
If it becomes an issue that he has dual citizenship in Indonesia (moreso than Kenya IMO) that will open up the can of worms RE: his “Muslim” school and “Muslim” step father. His campaign and the media have made such a big deal about the Muslim thing being a smear, it will look hypocritical (at best).
Right now all that is just under the radar, but him having even a technical citizenship in Indonesia will make the middle of the road person go “hmmm” and stir up a hornet’s nest.
IMO it could even lead to closer examination of Obama’s claims in his books etc.
The voters know VERY little about Obama. I would venture to say a lot of people who don’t pay attention in summer haven’t even heard he LIVED in Indonesia for a good while.
Rightly or wrongly, that could sway enough voters in key states to make a big difference.

Anymouse, nobody is saying that the green laser printed form is the ORIGINAL birth certificate; rather, it’s a standard form issued by HI stating that the birth happened there. The form was printed in ‘07, and they are all laser-printed.
