We need to stop bashing Hillary! I think we all know how formidable the combination of Hillary and Obama would have been and we got lucky with O's choice of Biden snicker snicker.
Even more formidable would have been Hillary on top of the ticket.
We want the PUMA's 18 million PO'd women to consider voting for McCain/Palin and attacking Hillary is a bad idea. It will make the Pumas mad as well as making Hillary mad.
I think despite the speech that Hillary and Bill gave, they aren't going to do much to help Obama since they believe, and rightly so, that Obama stole Hillary's spot.
If we make Hillary or her supporters angry, we risk the chance of energizing Hillary and her 18 million supporters so I think we should keep the attacks against Hillary to the minimum as well as play up the obvious theft by the DNC of her spot on the ticket as well as her 18 million disenfranchised voters.
Forgive my asking. What's a PUMA?
I have never bashed them. I am almost one of them. I was thrilled to see democrats who thought more like me. I check the nobama network, clintons for mccain and puma sites pretty often.
clintons for mccain website has an awesome posting up. I have seen Kristi on the tube several times.
When the Ds nominated a MAN with little experience for President, not only was it a good move, he was anoined as their messiah.
When the R's nominated a WOMAN with little experience for VP, it was condemened as a dangerous risk because she was totally unprepared.
Keep hammering that double standard over and over and watch the gender gap close dramatically in our favor.
LOL, we are just a few FReepers. They already think we are a bunch of waco right wingers, and I don't think they give a rats rear end what we think or say about them.
Many of them are saying they will now vote for McCain as they do not want BO to win NO HOW.
Hillary would have been tougher to beat...The MSM “good old boy network” are the ones responsible for knocking her out...they are trying the same now on Palin....They are just pigs
I totally agree.. I don’t think every one of her voters is in play, but don’t tick off her voters right now. This is what I say, “I don’t agree with all of Hillary’s politics, but I do respect her, and I cannot believe how she was treated.”
Who is we? Not everyone around here calls the opposition nasty names, making even nastier comments about their appearance or wardrobe (pantsuit remarks). Argue the issues instead. Then you never have to stop and backpeddle because you suddenly feel the need to kiss up to someone.
Party Unity my *ss.

Party Unity My A$$!
And a lot of those 18 million voters were from operation chaos, but, people actually believe she got them legally.
She told Rush, be careful what you wish for. The election isn't over yet and the fat lady has not sung.
Lets start bashing cougars!
Acutally, the Puma's seem quite reasonable and do not want a dictator in the White House (BO), they are NOT LIKE DU!
Let’s just ignore the PUMA people and Hillary. She’s not a candidate any longer. Don’t even think about Hillary.
No need to stir the pot against the Clintons. I think that it hurts the Clintons more if they are ignored, than if they are the center of attention, even negative attention.
I didn’t know we were bashing PUMAs. In fact, the MSM keeps telling us they don’t exist. If they do, and if they’re opposed to the Obambi, they’re welcome to join us.
That’s exactly what we’re talking about! Why stoop as low as DU?
But we should compare and contrast the experience that the candidates have. Palin has executive management level experience, which Obama and Biden do not. True she’s been governor less than 2 years, but it’s still experience that is a big part of her background.
Heck Hillary tried to convince us that she had 35 years of experience. Doing what, I still don’t know. Then when Obama came along saying he wants “change”, then Hillary shifted to say that she has been making change for 35 years. Changing what, I don’t know. But that was her claim.
