So unless the campaign announced a 17 year old's pregnancy prior to or simultaneously to the VP announcement they're hiding something? That is utterly ridiculous. It would be totally inappropriate.

She was right up there on the stage for all the world to see, not hidden away someplace.

And even if she wasn't there, so what? Her pregnancy is her business, not the McCain campaign's.
