Great! It’s time for the McCain campaign to take the gloves off.

Enough talk, let’s get it on the air.

I will give McCain this: he doesn’t pull his punches.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
I love it when the truth is also devastatingly effective!

actuallly, she is more qualified than any of the senators running.
Historically our SUCCESSFUL presidents come from the pool of Governors and NOT Senators.

It is fine to take the gloves off, but there should be some veracity in the statements. Obama does not have the experience to be President, but to say that Palin does, or has more than Obama is patently absurd.

From the ad: "It is time to begin the debate about how to win the two wars this country is engaged in..." Don't we first need a debate on whether we want a Republican who will win the war or a democrat who will "end" the war, preferably without any mention of what the alternative is if they choose not to win the war?

But Obama was a community organizer and has run his own campaign for President.

Your analysis of history is mystifying. I consider Governor Reagan our most successful president. Period.

or has more than Obama is patently absurd. One man's "patently absurd" is another man's "absolutely brilliant".

Excuse me, but the Presidency of the United States of America is an EXECUTIVE position. And Sarah Palin has successful executive experience. Barak Obama has NONE.

When was the last time the democrats elected a president that wasn’t from the South other than JFK w/his dad’s money? I consider Harry Truman a Southerner, as my father’s family is from that part of Missouri and it’s about as Dixie as Alabama in many ways. So FDR in 1944 is it, right? Why do they keep beating their heads against that wall? Adlai Stevenson, Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern, Fritz Mondale, Mike Dukakis, John Kerry and now Barack Obama. Al Gore is (nominally) from the South but was up against a Texan.
