CNN is saying THEIR poll earlier was 47/47 & 48/48, but now is 48/47 with McCain ahead by just one point. He said the race was tight and now it’s even tighter. huh??? Not even one mention of the other polls stating McCain taking a larger lead than 1%. Just two of them gasping at it being dead even today. They must think if they say it, it must be true. Everytime I go to check out CNN, I wonder why.

Oh, that’s why McCain/Palin are leading by 10 points. The poll was limited to adults.

I thought McCain’s speech sucked. Glad I was wrong. Apparently the strategy is for Palin to get us out to vote and organize. And for McCain to bring in the moderates, independents. Okay, I said a couple of weeks ago McCain by 10. The speech made be get a bit nervous, but with the debates coming, it’s going to be at least ten. The bump will fade a bit, but the more we see and hear from the messiah and bidden, the lower their poll numbers will go.
“Beginnings” was played after Bill Clinton’s nomination speech at the 1996 convention without Chicago’s permission. The members of Chicago thought it was fine.
Everybody forgets that it was “McCain Train,” not “Barracuda,” was played right after McCain’s speech. “Barracuda” was really just secondary entertainment for the delegates.
