And that is an insult to vermin everywhere.

She seems to write quite coherently, even in a brief email. Proper punctuation and grammar.

Democrat felons at work.

Get ready for unparallelled criminal activity, as Barack Hussein’s Illinois Senate and US Senate races provide clear evidence of sociopathic bahavior. With two different opponents, sealed divorce records were breached and exploited to besmearch the Republicans.

Barack Hussein is of course the least qualified and most bizarre serious candidate ever to run for President.

He is also the most criminal.

Why is this garbage still up on the Gawker site?

Seems to me they should have been visited by men in suits by now and received an invitation to a federal hotel.

I’m sure that some smart Microsoft liberal slimeball probably helped do it.

I don’t have time to read through all the responses, but this is a pretty ridiculous matter. Leaving aside the hacking itself, there is not a shred of evidence that Palin used this account for government business. There are a grand total of three emails from government employees, all of which are personal in nature. There is no government business being transacted, nothing at all.

These attacks on Palin are, without question, the most serious evidence yet of the total collapse of the liberal establishment. I consider myself something of an historian and I cannot think of a single candidate for high office in the history of the United States who has been subject to so many unwarranted, vicious, abominable attacks as Governor Palin. We’ve had presidents and vice presidents, and candidates to both offices who had plenty of baggage, known and unknown, and not a single one—no, not all of them put together have ever had to suffer anything like this in the whole of American history.

Stories like this one are exactly why I’m considering REALLY crossing over from the dark side and changing my voter registration to Republican. Those lunatics are besmirching the character of all the old south conservative democrats like myself and my family.

Guaranteed inside job at Yahoo. The left knows no bounds.

It will go unpunished.

This is nothing more than another Obama thug doing exactly what Obama expects, seek and destroy, even if it's illegal. It's just Chicago style politics at its core.

We can lay some blame on Barbara Streisand for this...she, with many other Osama supporters is an enabler.

This is the exact same set of circumstances as Watergate, recycled for the online age. If Obama had any hand in it, he is a felon and should be jailed, tried, and convicted.

I might be canceling my Yahoo account soon.

I also think that this is going to stir up a hornet’s nest even more among conservatives and women. I will be going out and volunteering for the McCain-Palin campaign now!

Obama is a sick guy and very scary.

I don’t think Obama has condemned the hacking of Palin’s emails. I doubt if he will.

Didn’t you also hear that Obama’s account was hacked too. TheMessiah08@yahoo.com. They found no emails. The hackers also tried feverishly to find some of his accomplishments... unfortunately there are none.

This from the same group that released her home phone number and social security number. Not surprising.

Memo to US Secret Service: Net proxy may pinpoint Palin email hackers

Not quite Anonymous

By Dan Goodin in San Francisco • Get more from this author

Memo to law enforcement investigators tracking down who broke into Sarah Palin’s Yahoo email account:

Gabriel Ramuglia might be a good place to start.

The 25-year-old webmaster and entrepreneur is the operator of Ctunnel.com, the browsing proxy service used by the group that hacked into the vice presidential candidate’s personal email account and exposed its contents to the world. While he has yet to examine his logs, he says there’s a good chance they will lead to those responsible, thanks to some carelessness on their part.

There are things that we can do. Gawker media publishes or owns or hosts several popular web sites, including The Consumerist and Lifehacker. All of Gawker's sites prominently list email addresses for tips.

Drop them a line asking that, in light of Gawker's egregious use of hacked emails, they might do well to publish a story on how to protect yourself against email theft. The email is tips@lifehacker.com or tips@consumerist.com

And tell them you are no longer going to visit Gawker owned web sites.
