If there were any doubts about the collapse of morals and the effect that collapse would have on politics, economics and defending justice, those should be long gone now.

Unfortunately, nothing short of a revival, or at least a national renewal of the standards of "bad behavior" will stop our declining interest in the defense of human rights (on all levels). We will cease to be great because we no longer want to be, or know what it is to be "good".

It doesn't take 100%, 50% or even 25% wanting to be "libertines" to cause the decline, just the faithful failing to stand up and be heard.
