He said he had gotten a lot of really terrible stories from listeners, too. I think he was after Bawney for ALL of us! All he was trying to do is get Frank to admit to his part in the failure of Fannie/Freddie, but Frank couldn't even find enough courage to do that.

I did really love it though when Frank objected to O’Reilly telling him to “be a man”! My hubby and I laughed until we cried!

BTW, could you BELIEVE how ignorant she was of the distribution of tax revenue flows?

Even when Sean told her, she had no clue as to the implications of the facts she was learning for the first time.

Talk about “deer in the headlights” looks. I can only hope this shuts her vicious yammering up for a while.

Barney Frank would be an embarassment if he weren't considered an "institution" like Kennedy and Byrd and the rest of those useless tools in Congress.

You'd think this collapse would expose some of these people, but Clinton and W. have brought us the "no fault" presidencies--while I like some of what W. has done and almost nothing Clinton did, I loathe that both of them have erased the idea of resignation as a powerful tool in governance. Clinton didn't resign when he corrupted the presidency, and Bush has this robotic idea of "loyalty" that he got from his father, even though most of the people he's kept on don't deserve loyalty. After 9-11 there should have been firings all around, but if THAT wasn't a situation that got people fired, nothing will.

I caught the show a few times when a lib with some actual talent and personality was filling in for Alan-—and Sean looked pretty small.

Also the show became way too serious (and series). Hannity and Colmes are the perfect political popcorn couple.

Yeah, he was REALLY ticked at Colmes.

I'd feel sorry for Colmes except he has only one facial expression, which is creepy.

If there was anyone that actually make me feel some pity for Barney Frank

After what he did to the financial system I wouldn't feel sorry for him if he was getting what Mel Gibson got at the end of Braveheart.

That was priceless .... Frank is
an arrogant assclown crook, whose
actions have wrought misery and pain
for millions. No punishment or public
humiliation could be enough for me.

That just goes to a deeper point in my mind. I’ve been reading constantly about the housing bubble the past two years and it was clear as daylight to me, who’s a nobody, that something like this was going to happen. People buying more home than they could afford, getting crazy mortgages they knew they couldn’t pay, the banks letting them get these mortgages, some stupid investor buying these mortgages and selling them as securities to some other stupid investor somewhere else. Of course, it was going to all come crashing down - just was going to be a matter of when. Barney Frank played a role in this sure but many of us did in a sense.

They both redeemed themselves tonight - Morris and O’Reilly

BTW - the text message poll on FOX = 86,000 voted and it was Biden: 11%
Palin: 87%

These are the polls they can't control or spin.

Wonderful videos. I do like to see creepy libs get put in their place. More and more often I see Colmes getting called out by guests... It’s great.

I have always felt pity for Colmes who is obviously out of his league. Fox needs him because it showcases Hannity against a very non-worthy foe and Colmes can’t leave because there is no other market for a semi-intelligent cadaveric political analyst spouting untenable political ideals. Alan Colmes ...... a face made for radio.
