Conn. looking into voter cards submitted by ACORN

HARTFORD, Conn. - The State Elections Enforcement Commission is looking into a complaint alleging that a community advocacy group submitted fraudulent voter registration cards in Bridgeport.

Joseph Borges, Bridgeport's Republican registrar of voters, filed the complaint. He said he has found problems with numerous voter registration cards submitted by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, which works to register low-income people.

In one instance, he says a card was filled out for a 7-year-old girl, whose age was listed as 27 on the card.

ACORN filed more than 8,000 cards in Bridgeport. The complaint involves 10, but Borges said there were problems with many others.

The group, which said it has registered some 1.3 million voters nationwide this year, is facing similar allegations in several other states including Nevada, Wisconsin, North Carolina, New Mexico, Michigan, Ohio and Missouri.

Can voter registrations submitted or completed by ACORN be located and segregated in order to investigate them for validity?

Secondly, can the entire batch by law, be disallowed?

If ACORN submitted registrations contain high percentage of fraudulent voter registration, I would think that everything they submit could be and should be disqualified. They are knowingly attempting to perpetuate massive voter fraud.

Any fake names that were submitted obviously won’t have a voter attached - so acorn goes in and gives the fake name - and votes using all the fake names.

No id for voting? goodbye republic.

No. They can’t throw them out en masse. That would be disenfranchisement of any that weren’t fraudulent. Each one has to be investigated individually, and that’s what the marxist acornists are counting on.

Register in various different precincts and travel around on election day and vote in each one?

Yes! That is the way it works. I watch the "get out the vote" 18 seat vans buzzing around town on election day, all day!

It seems that all these states are looking into the situation, but are afraid to do anything. I guess it would be asking way too much for someone to enforce the law and lock some of these perps UP!!!!!!!! What is going on??? What should prevent these people from breaking the law if it isn’t going to be enforced? However, if we tell the truth, and it is perceived to be bias, the “TRUTH SQUAD” run by District Attys. and sheriff’s deputies come after us!
We are letting our Country, our Government, and our freedoms, slip away from us.

I believe that has been described as a "Target Rich Environment"

If we could stop the fraud in Philadelphia, we’d win Pennsylvania easily. Too bad fast Eddie Rendell is the Governor of PA. As a past beneficiary , he proudly endorses the vote early, vote often slogan used by ACORN.

American Corruption for Obama Right Now

Ding....Ding....we got a winner!

I've already (yesterday) fired off an email and fax to my Congress critter about ACORN - "What? Going to wait until after we lose this election to look into this....?"

You souldn’t expect our taxpayer dollars being given to a proven political corrupt organization by our gov’t.

Not unless the majority of our government is corrupt itself.

It is long past time for these senators to GO!

One term term limits should be imposed on ALL senators BY THE PEOPLE of this great nation.

They should not be allowed to become career politicians because that leaves room for corruption.

Get rid of the lot of them NOW and start fresh with new ones that have a ONE term limit on them.

Can the President make an Executive Order that would require all election offices to check ID’s of voters and to cross reference all voter registrations? Or would that not be possible since election offices are at the county level and not the federal? Just wondering...

They don't want to minimize it. In 2004 I offered my driver's license and the poll worker said ‘oh, you don't need any ID’. I was flabbergasted but then again this is the People's Republic of California.

Never presented ID to vote here in CA. Scares the heck out of me every time I go to vote.

I can’t find the thread in which this was explained, but if I recall, it works this way.

They get ahold of blank ballots prior to the election in democrat-run precincts and pre-mark them. They switch the pre-marked ones for blank ones out of the stack at the end of the day, one for one. Oh man, I’m not doing a very good job ‘splainin’. It was said this is why the democrat-run precincts always report much later than Republican-run.

I hope that helped.

Do we even have an Attorney General in D. C.? After Gonzalez was fired, I haven’t seen hide nor hair of the elusive Mukasey. Wonder what he does for his paycheck.

The Bush administration certainly isn’t as concerned about giving us a fair election as it was that the Iraqis had one. We need voters to get purple thumbs in all these crooked Democrat cities.
