Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

Cool! In twenty some days, the U.S. is going to have its first, “historical”, Kenyan born president. Isn’t that nice. At least we’re not “racists” anymore and we’re going to proof it with a reparations bill in Congress.

His mother was too young to meet the age and residency requirements as they stood in 1961 for passing on her US citizenship to a child born abroad. His father was a Kenyan.
Bump. HUssein is not a US citizen by birth.
I believe the law says that if you are born OF a US citizen, then you are considered eligible for US citizenship.

Depends. If the parents are in that country on military orders then yes. If the parents file the appropriate paperwork then yes. Only one parent has to be a US citizen I think.
One of my kids was born overseas. Had to file paperwork with the US Consulate and most importantly claim US citizenship for the child.
So was he born in Hawaii or was he born in Kenya? IMHO it doesn’t matter cause the checks have cleared for all the people that have been bought. In 6-12 months we freepers will be sent to education camps in North Dakota.

It won’t matter whether people care or not, unless the US Constitution gets amended by 11/4/08, he isn’t eligible if this is true. The proper Certificate must be shown in order to confirm or deny this.

Message: I guess the time has come to set the story about Obama Kenya
Birth Certificate. I hosted Phil Berg on our No Obama Talk show on
August 21, 2008. We then had Phil back on August 28, 2008. At that
time I was contacted by one of the HCSFJM member by phone who told me
that they were a importer/exporter and they had connection in Kenya. I
talked to this person and also talk to Phil about it. We then
discussed a plan on how to get the BC to the USA. We knew that Obama
would do anything to stop this. We decide that Caren and I would be
the decoy. We would announce that this BC would be shipped to Carens
work place. Actually the BC was never coming to us. Our member was
able to find the BC and it cost $1000.00 to get. There was 3 copies of
the BC sent to the USA via 3 different carries to 3 different people.
HCSFJM had a member very near Phil and this was the primary target. I
received a email on September 14,2008 from our member. The email said
“The packages are on their way”. I knew that the BC had been secured
and was enroute to the USA. 3 days later I received another email that
said “The package has been delivered”. I knew that our member had
deliver the BC to Phil. In addition to Kenya BC, there is 3 certified
statement from people who stated they were present when Obama was
born. We are seek additional information at this time about Obama US
BC. I have had a person who has looked at the “vault” book for Obama
original BC form Hawaii. It does not exist.
All Phil Berg want is to have a court hearing and he will introduce
that Kenya BC. I have a copy of that BC but I will not post it till I
am cleared by Phil.
Do you remember when Phil made the statement on our show “He would
talk to the real media which was us”. Now you know why we are able to
get Phil on about any time we need him.
Very few people knew about this, Caren, Phil, our 2 HCSFJM members and
myself. We had security on this that was unbelievable. No it is a
matter of time before Phil get into court. Relax Folks, Obama will
never be the president of this country as long as we have people who
are willing to put their lives on the line for this great country. I
will reveal in due time who those 2 great American (HCSFJM member) in
due time. They must remain in limbo as of now for their own security.
I want to thank all of you for your support of this web site. Without
you, this would never had occured. When I was talkign about starting a
radio show, I had several people tell me I was crazy, but I guess the

The constitution doesn’t provide for the party nominating process at all. Let’s say Obama is found to be disqualified with days to go until the election. Electors could be still elected in the 50 states and DC on schedule Nov. 4, even though Obama’s name would still be on the ballot. No problem with having an election constitutionally, though, since the electors who will be meeting in December in their 51 locations have the constitutional right to vote for any individual for president who meets the qualifications.

Mr. Berg (my hero) also says Barry claimed he was born in one hospital in Honolulu and his sister claims he was born in a different one in HI.
Berg said he sometimes defends criminals and when the stories do not match up, you know the whole thing is a lie.
Grandma said little Hussein was born in Kenya. His hippie mom supposedly tried to get on a plane to get back to HI so the Manchurian candidate could be born in the USA but the airline would not left her fly pregnant.
America may be saved by a PUMA Democrat lawyer. Berg has a lot of guts.

Here's what I've been thinking lately:
If proof of this had come out in the primaries, Hillary would be the nominee. Didn't happen.
If proof of this actually came out before Nov 4, McCain would win. Haven't seen it yet.
Absolute worst case scenario: Obama wins in November, and avoids any crisis in Nov and Dec. January comes, and he gets through his innauguration. He is now the official president of the US.
At this point, it's no longer about stopping him. But maybe someone (even Obama) wants to damage the US. Boom! The proof comes out! He's not eligible to serve the office in which he is now serving. What are going to do? You want to talk about MAJOR riots in the cities? You want to talk about a constitutional crisis? You want to talk about a real civil war? How can you remove him at that point? And how can you NOT?
I think this could be worse than anyone is thinking.
