First, you are making the unproven allegation that he did indeed possess and travel on an Indonesian passport. Even making that assumption, the US recognizes dual nationality and allows someone to travel on another country's passport without taking away their American citizenship.

Do you have more information on when and how Obama travelled on an Indonesian passport? How did he leave and reenter the US? On an Indonesian passport or a US passport?
That’s nice. She is not a natural born citizen, just like my wife. On the other hand, my daughter was born overseas and she is a natural born citizen because both my wife and I are US citizens. She is eligible to be President of the US.

When he was born, there were- and still are- segments to being born to an American citizen when born outside the USA.
Stanley Ann did not meet these standards. She was underage as per the Constitution rules at the time.

On December 24th at 11pm, a federal circuit court will decide that Obama is not qualified for the office of president and will award the presidency to John McCain. Hillary will immediately sue claiming that she is the legitimate Democratic candidate and the votes cast are for the Democratic candidate and not any specific individual (meaning Obama).
The courts will then deliberate for the next two years while George Bush continues as president until a decision is eventually reached by the Supreme Court.
I do not think Mr. Berg would be wasting his time on this if he thought it was a non-issue. The mother’s age supposedly is the issue. She was 17 which makes it a problem for Obama and he is not a citizen. If she had been 18 then he supposedly would be fine.
