Miller is a Republican but he said he has just recently started to get that creepy feeling from Obama. I wonder what took him so long?

Yesterday on my way to lunch at Doe’s, I passed one of the homeless guys in that area, with a sign that read “Vote Obama, I need the money.”
Once in the Doe’s my waiter had on a “Obama 08” tee shirt.
When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter and explained to him while he had given me exceptional service, that his tee shirt made me feel he obviously believes in Senator Obama’s plan to redistribute the wealth. I told him I was going to redistribute his tip to someone that I deemed more in need—the homeless guy outside. He stood there in disbelief and angrily stormed away.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $3 and told him to thank the waiter inside, as I had decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy looked at me in disbelief but seemed grateful.
As I got in my truck, I realized this rather unscientific redistribution experiment had left the homeless guy quite happy for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn.
Well, I guess this redistribution of wealth is going to take a while to catch on, with those doing the work.
Just wondering.. if you have government run healthcare and you are dissatisfied with the service, who do you complain to?
I live in Michigan and have many retired GM workers in my family. They are true blue collar workers and all of them say they are not voting for the One. These guys voted for Clinton both times. I think Tuesday is going to be a hoot.
My wife just got done telling me about a teacher trying to get the PTA to give $20 to a few of the kids in class that our poor so they could go on a district-mandated field trip. The PTA was saying how it wouldn’t be fair to give these poor kids the money without giving it to the other kids as well. But then it would cost too much, so nobody was going to get any money. (My wife and the teachers persisted and got the money for the poor kids. The ones on food stamps, free lunch program, etc.) I know when I donate to the PTSA it is understood that it is too help out with books, fun things, and “scholarships” (like the $20) for the kids that can’t afford it. I’d be pretty angry if my kids got the $20 too.

Miller is the good kind of Libertarian, Objectivist styled.. not the cracked Bircher style that most today seem to be.

My wife works in a very, very poor school and we don’t even try with the PTA, her and I fund these kids for trips on our own..

Yes, Miller is a Libertarian, I just confuse him with a republican because he is so opposite the rest of the SNL types he seems like a conservative republican!
Fascinating feedback. What is it that hurt him? I didn't watch the show although it sounds dreary and non-uplifting, which I think would backfire. America wants a leader, not some Government handout clerk.
Obama should have just said that America's best day are ahead, please vote for me for a glorious future yadda yadda yadda. Did he say that?
