If this conversation is not bizarre at best or totally inept at worst I don't know what it is.

Is this any conversation to be having on national TV about a possible potus only hours before the election.<

This just shows how biased the DBM has and continues to be! It's all left all the time! They don't even consider our side. It's as if they had no choice.!!!

I have every intention of paying for talk radio if it comes to that.

I will also participate in any mass action to protest their stomping on our First ammendment rights. I will march, carry signs and ride buses to Podunk and back if required.

Even us cats who can’t be herded out here in la-la land have a point that shouldn’t be crossed. Just let US who carry this country on our backs whilst raising the citizens and soldiers of tomorrow get a hair in our throat. We have the ability to stop this country cold.

Stop being depressed about events which may not happen.

Look...the majority of the Country isn't in line with these liberal loons. If a minority party does assume power, it will be our duty to fight them in any legal manner we can.

We have watched the liberal nuts rooting against our military and supporting the enemy. We have also watched these nuts root against the average American, even (Obama) making fun of “Joe The Plumber”.

If the nuts gain control, it will be our jobs to be the checks on their power. There are many legal means to to keep them in check...but this is only if they get an electoral victory on Tuesday...which they still may not get.

I am thinking they can and praying I will be wrong.

The tide has changed in McCain's favour this last 10 days but is too late and too little I am quietly confident.

I have always believed there will be some Bradley effort to less or greater extent plus people will as you get nearer the election start to think that character not rhetorical actually matters and Rev Wright, Ayres etc I think may just be enough to put McCain over the top.

Here is one link (but beware, the first thing you will see is an Obama commercial). Newsbusters has it as well.

Fishtalk,
we are getting a lot of radio commercials here for the governor of Delaware race. Neither candidate mentions which party affiliation he has, and both ads bash the qualifications/character/shady dealings of the other.

Which one is the Republican? It is interesting to listen to “spin” without knowing any background. I believe that this level of “information” is all that most voters ever have when they go to vote.

I am amazed at the time it is reported on TV that people are prepared to stand in line to vote.

Is this countrywide or just in high population areas? In Britain I cannot imagine anyone being prepared to wait more than 30 minutes or so.

My own experience about 10 - 15 minutes has been my maximum and that was always inside the building not lining up outside and would include handing over my polling card collecting the ballot paper.

"How about the rest of us here on FR?"

Actually, both sides can play the "fairness doctrine" game. Every time the nets bias the news, we can demand equal time. It appears they would have to give it. We can hit them from all sides (there are more than two sides to every issue). If the networks have to give 24/7 time to rebuttals of their newscasts, their audience will dwindle even faster.

XM satellite radio has a 24/7 conservative talk station. Ingram, Liddy,Hannity & others on it. If the “fairness doctrine” were enacted, others like Rush & Levine, would conceivably follow & they would probably have to expand to 2 channels.

You need to see this, ACORN and their organizations get federal money, are not non-partisan. This should get to Boehner, Blunt and other still breathing Republicans as well as the useless FEC, state AGs, Justice, FBI. They should be brought up on RICO:

Note also Conyers and Waters videos, as well as the one foreclosures:

NM Channel 3 on ACORN Workers (also has Waters, :

Just look at the vid selections in the youtube box after the first video plays... unreal.

Barack, ACORN will shape my domestic policy

the lawyers of the DOJ (all of them) want to become judges.

most if not all federal judges of late come from DOJ PROSECUTOR ranks. It is about them trying to keep their jobs by being faithful “new party” loyalists.

Speaking of endorsements by newspapers, the Dallas Morning News endorsed McCain.

Their entire news coverage had, however, been grossly slanted Obama. It’s been my experience with them that this is their modus operendi. At the last minute they come in with a conservative endorsement as though this will excuse their previous sins.

Well, they got kicked off the plane, along with the Washington Times and the New York Post, both of which endorsed McCain.

I wondered if they would even mention this. They did, on an inside page, and were full of excuses for Obama. Said it wasn’t political, just ran out of room on the plane.

Hah!

This also shows the mindset of the Obama camp. Question or disagree and you will be carted off to prison during the night. Well, or at least you’ll be thrown off or under the bus and state agencies will be assigned to investigate you.

And don’t even think about not keeping your taxes in order.

I am in NE TX - not a large urban area (I am 2 hours from Dallas, and 4 hours from Houston). Early voting takes place where my real precinct is, and I have NEVER had to stand in line before. I have also worked early voting and regular voting as an election clerk and election judge. On the actual day of voting, there may be a line late in the day, close to closing time. But this was the first day of early voting.

The local news outlets have talked about the much larger 'turnout' numbers that we are seeing.

I hate that scumbag!

I demonstrated in the seventies for equality, etc. I NEVER demonstrated against the War in Vietnam and was disgusted by people like Kerry...and there were many of them who wanted to ‘score’ with lib “chicks” with their phony stories about VN. Many of them never even served!

Hang on WesA...you're going to feel foolish come Wednesday next. Consider
1)that Old Media has never been so vehemently in the tank to O.
2)O's Acorn gambit was to register more Dems to affect the weighting that pollsters use. We've repeatedly seen the internal polling numbers show that to be exactly the case, but we're also finding many of the registrants are frauds, and we're also not seeing the predicted youth vote materializing. Hence, the poll weighting is wrong. I suggest it is VERY wrong...more so than ever before..
Pollsters reputations are at stake and all the reputable ones are forced to finally report the race tightening, lest they look like fools next Wed.
Finally, 3)..the late breaking issues are exposing Obama as a clear socialist Marxist, America is basically a center right country, and don't like what they're seeing.

Given all of the above, I'm expecting a sizeable McCain victory. 52 or 53 vs 45/46. It's not quite the landslide I predicted after Palin was announced, but hey...what's a few points?

Down ballot is worrisome, but it looks like McConnel will still be able to lay roadblocks in the Senate. And perhaps there are some Rino's we could do without that'll be knocked off. Conservative R's and conservative leading D's did best in '06.

Buck up all.
