The RINO’s and the Democrat/Media Complex (DMC) have already destroyed Palin, unfortunately. As you notice, the DMC went into full attack mode on Nov 5th to make sure she was fully destroyed as they saw her as a major threat. All the Obama supporters I talk to considered Palin a major threat - until the DMC finished the job on her over the last week.
Remains to been seen if she can overcome this unjust treatment.

I’m definitely on board to do everything I can to make Governor Bobby Jindal our nominee in 2012 and the 45th President of the United States.
To those boosting Sarah Palin, please ask yourself why? I keep up with politics fairly well and I had barely heard a thing about her before McCain selected her as VP. I like the woman, and by all accounts she has been a successful Governor of AK, but before that selection was made would you have honestly considered her to be a top pick for the VP, much less for POTUS? Let’s be honest and call her selection for what it primarily was....identity politics. Yes folks, she was selected in large part because she was a woman. That is a game that Democrats will beat us at every time. True Bobby Jindal is a non-white Governor, but to those who might consider his ascension within our ranks as ID politics, just watch the man in action. Look at his performance in his state. Look at his stellar handling of the recent hurricanes. Look at his academic credentials. Look at him in interviews! There are no “deer in the headlights” moments to be found. It’s inconceivable that he would ever say something like “I’ll just have to get back to ya” (ugh). Please don’t take it upon yourselves to go on a mission of political suicide in order to vindicate Sarah Palin in 2012. We need to nominate our best and brightest if we want to have a chance in the next election.

The RINO powerbrokers in Washington think that we can only win if we reach across the aisle, compromise with liberals, and be “moderate”. Of course, the MSM are in lock step with them, not idealogically but practically. They will go crazy opposing Palin, Huckabee, and Jindal becuse these candidates are too conservative. Unless the Republican party wakes up we will get another candidate in the mould of John McCain. A lot of people will be saying, “I’ll just hold my nose and pull the lever for the lesser of two evils ... but I really don’t like him”.

It sickens me the John McCain is letting people from his camp smear Sarah Palin day after day and he doesn’t say a goddamned thing to defend her. He owes Sarah Palin more than he knows. He didn’t get beat by 15% and in 40 + states because of her presence on ticket. She damned near save him. And now he lets his people anonomyously smaear her day after day and he doesn’t stick up for her???? Screw him. We need to get a solid conservative who will take him out in the Republican Senate Primary in 2010. Let’s make this deafeat a postive for the party by cleaning house and throwing the RINO’s in the trash.

I have a little anecdotal evidence to support your thesis about how we are behind in using new technology to woo young voters. I opened a myspace account a few months back, and went to John McCain’s page to submit a friend request. It was never responded to. Recently I submitted it again and it would not allow me to do so. They ran a twentieth century campaign up against a 21st century one.
Wow, you're a class act. Don't worry though, I doubt he'll run again at 74. I think he was probably let down enough after this election to give up further political plans. Pity that such as yourself revel in what must be the darkest moment of his political career.
Now this is an honest question: Is she being attacked or is the truth just coming out? If it’s true, I would expect nothing but silence from him. If it’s true, he’s too much of a gentleman to confirm it, but not about to lie on her behalf.
Where’s the proof??? Half the sh*t they’ve come out with has already been debunked! What if it’s NOT true? What would you expect McCain to do then? why has he told his people close to him that there’s no bad blood but he won’t come out and say it publicly?
You ought to live in Iowa. They’re wearing us out. I can’t believe that we’re already starting for 2012. I’m tired. I plan to go to the dinner for Iowa Family Policy Center because I want to support the group—not to hear Jindahl. Not that I don’t think he’s a good man, I’m just not interested in starting this cycle already.
We are all way too focused on the presidency. For example, Reagan won the cold war but lost out on fiscal and social conservatism because we has saddled with a Democratic Congress. We forget about the balance of power and federalism all too fast.
Congress (oh, and governorships) is what should matter most to us and Congress is winnable for conservatives because running for Congress is local. Each of us can make a bigger difference there. Congress initiates all legislation/laws, spending and controls judicial appointments and treaties.
Conservatism doesn’t have to adjust conservatism but the message needs to be adjusted. Americans need to be given a vision beyond Iraq and Afghanistan and Iraq must be pressured to take over its own governing affairs asap.
Jobs must be created. States do this best. Witness Mitch Daniels successes in Indiana, so not only Congress, but States must individually do their part to shore up the GOP.
Free trade needs to be evaluated. 3 million manufacturing jobs lost under Bush...we need not to oppose freer trade but also not to chant an absolutist free-trade mantra that puts trade under supra-national outfits like WTO.
Unfortunetaly we cannot probably end corporate income taxes but corporate welfare needs to go away.
Faith-based initiatives must go away BUT government must stop being hostile toward religion. The IRS should be forbidden from ending tax-exempt status for preachers who preach on politics. College alumni (many who are professed conservatives) need to stop giving money to schools with professors who issue ad hominem attacks on religion.
Reduce government spending and taxes and religious people will take up the job that is best done by religious institutions: running schools, hospitals and charities. Americans will give generously as they always have.
Drugs must be fought but not by the federal government. Let that return to the states. Let state penalties for trafficking become lethal.
Some of this may sound libertarian but it isn’t because I want matters being handled by D.C. to simply return to the States (50 independent nations, remember?) and for the 10th Amendment to be respected.
An lastly, I heard McCain mention none of these ideas or policies. But do the above and the GOP becomes a GOP I can support, and perhaps a few million others which, after all, is all we needed to put an awful candiadate like McCain in office.
He, the Bushies and their ilk simply need to go away.
Too many GOP sderide the Constitution but the Constitution isn’t obsolete because the Constitution deals with human nature, which doesn’t change from age to age.
