The sad part is that I know people who are not for more gun control and any gun control for that matter but voted for Obama! When asked why, they would say that he couldn’t take away the guns. He doesn’t have all the say. I explained to them that the Democrats would also have the House and Senate. Really they say? I mean don’t people pay attention. This is an example (one of many) where the media didn’t do its job. We really don’t know much about Obama but we’re about to find out!

The problem is, the media did their job all too well: hiding, obfuscating, covering up and outright lying to see their guy win... the drive-bys were ALL TOO effective, in case you weren’t paying attention.

There was a Zogby poll right around the election, and the numbers were astounding. Less than 60% knew that the Dems control Congress, but 80%+ (maybe 90%+) knew that Sarah Palin had carried a Down’s Syndrome child to term.
I think there are going to be a lot of jobless folks in Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania that are going to be stunned and amazed when the BATF shows up on their doorstep to collect their guns. When your family is hungry, and you no longer possess a deer rifle, it's gonna be tough. There will be no sympathy from Oklahomans. You had a choice. You made the wrong one. Idiots.
