Activist judges have had us on the slippery slope of total disregard for the rule of law for decades. The charisma of the Messiah may well trump the law, the Constitution and the rule of law. That is the definition of facism.

Obama should produce a birth certificate, but there is zero concrete, positive evidence he was born outside of US. If you are zealous about constitutional requirements being followed, by all means continue the good fight. But if you think you can stop Obama’s inauguration, that is not going to happen.
At any rate even in the never-going-to-happen scenario of Obama being judged unqualified for office, either Hillary or Biden become president (depending on when he is disqualified). Its a fun thing to think about, just as long as you know its not going to happened.
We are witnessing the most brazen and public robbery of all time. The stealing of the highest office in the land.
Hiding behind the tint of his skin, Zero knows the MSM and other traitors will not discuss this issue. Even high officials that have sworn to uphold The Constitution are likely to be cowards and betray our country.
It has been difficult to respect anyone in the government ever, but if/when Zero is installed as president, I will have contempt for everyone in gov’t. Rotten from the roots up, right up to the Oval Office.

Zero is, at his inner core, a brazen liar who will not do the simplest of duties to ascend to the presidency. Good grief, I can show my COLB in about 2 minutes. This man is a fraud. He has no US COLB.
I have no confidence that the Supremes will uphold the law. I have only prayers that they will and that the truths about Zero will come out before it is too late.
By the way, what on earth happened to the LA Times video of Zero at a Chicago party for a famous Hammas guy? On this tape, there was a troop of little islamic boys doing a dance that simulated them beheading Americans and Jews in a lovely little dance performance. Gee, not a word about THAT for a month now. Like it never happened!
The LA Times could have released that tape and saved us from the looming crisis about the Obama birth place. But no, The LA Times withheld the information. Fewer idiots would have voted for Zero had that tape been made public. Perhaps a few liberal Jews and Christians might have taken offense to simulated beheadings of themselves? Maybe, maybe not. The liberal schools have succeeded so well in dumbing down the American public. How excruciatingly sad for those who know what is going on in our country.
The SC will not be ruling he’s ineligable only that he needs to prove he is “natural born” by his vaulted birth certificate. It would be Obama himself who would declare that by not being able to prove it. Please Lord let Justice Thomas ask for the proof. It’s very simple for him to do it just release it to the court.
The Supreme Court will do NOTHING. They will accept his birth certificate at face value.
Besides... he doesn’t need one since he was not born but instead descended from the Heavens.
The Court will do NOTHING to interfere with Obama becoming President because to do so would be far worse than having a non-eligible person become President.
We may as well just forget about it.
Obama must be made to honor the Constitution. He must be a natural born citizen to serve as President. It appears that he is NOT! It’s time to declare him ineligible.

Regarding fear of civil strife, keep in mind that like us, the justices have read B. Franklin:
“A Republic, if you can keep it.”
and something along the lines:
“Those who prefer security over liberty deserve neither”.
Yes, and I think it would be a rather useful thing.
‘Cept in ‘Bama’s case, my bet is that he would haul out DNA evidence to prove he’s not actually an Obama by blood anyway, explaining that he was some AA US citizen’s spawn—and therefore a natural-born citizen. (As a capper, he’d use the pride and coverup of his dead grandmother as an excuse not to have come clean earlier.)

If a person is ever audited by the IRS, the burden of proof falls upon the audited, not the auditor.
To be POTUS the burden of proof of eligibility should fall upon the one running.
Its backwards thinking to think one is presumed eligible for office until proven otherwise.
It certainly is a test of whether we are a nation of men or of laws.
it is extremely fortunate at this time that the media structure has changed so that whatever is done will be highly visible and covering up a decision to trash the Constitution will be much more difficult than it would have been 20 or more years ago.
