No birth certificate is necessary. 0bama has stated in several places that his father is Kenyan. That alone takes him out of the “natural born” status. The Constitution states that the President must be a natural born citizen. Therefore, 0bama is not qualified to hold the office.
The Emperor has no clothes, but yes, the courts will probably not tackle it, so Zero will be sworn in.
However, this will NOT go away. Lawsuits about it will continue throughout his presidency, and even tho probably without apparent legal success, the success they WILL have is to keep a growing cloud over his presidency.
And if Big-Eared Socialist dewd wants to run for a second term, tho it won’t be mentioned by Pubbie opponents, it will be a huge negative undercurrent for him, that will be mentioned in ads run by various groups. OBamBam will try to suppress those ads, but in the Internet age, he will not be able to squelch the issue completely.
So bottom-line, it is good that the machinations of it continue, so the cloud over him hangs there, as more and more with eyes to see, notice that the goobermint is ignoring the Constitution and suppressing information. So get used to it and control the ups and downs of your emotions.

A defendant charged with violating a law signed into effect by President Barrack Obama would use as a defense that the law is invalid since Barrack Obama is not legitimately the president. The defendant then has the constitution right to demand the evidence supporting Barrack Obama's legitimacy be provided to the defendant for forensic review. So point 3 is not valid.

That is the law that is used as the precedent standard courts will look at. We may not like it, but Calder v. Bull has been used as the standard for defining what qualifies or doesn’t Constitutionally under Ex Post Facto for hundreds, if not thousands of rulings.

Other than the obvious , the only other one I can think of is one that shows his father to be someone other than he claims. There is a possibility that Barack's real father could be Frank Marshal Davis. Kind of shoots "Dreams of My Father" all to hell.
Does anyone still have the link to the Hawaii birth certificate from c. 1961 (not Barack’s) that shows what kind of information was included? I saw one several weeks ago on FR.

The entire U.S. would also be in a “much bigger mess” in a finite number of ways, if it’s proven that Barack Obama isn’t an American citizen. I don’t like it, but Barack Obama did get the majority of voters to vote for him, no matter what’s true and untrue about him. The entire U.S. would be very vulnerable in a finite number of ways to the rest of the world, if Barack Obama is officially proven to not be an American citizen.
If you are going to post a vanity, please proofread first. At least use spellcheck. Spelling errors in the title reflect poorly on FR.
I would agree that the parties in the BEST position to question any candidate’s qualifications would be the electors (who are committed party members and therefore not a prospect) and the House and Senate members, who accept the electoral votes and have a right to challenge. Maybe not the only ones, but these people certainly should satisfy themselves in this regard.
I strongly doubt that very many in our Congress have the courage to make such a challenge, but I could be wrong. All it would take is one Senator and one Congressman to raise the issue. It would be hard for the media to ignore this.
I also hope people don’t lose sight of questions regarging any adoption by Obama’s Indonesian stepfather and any inormation about citizenship possible contained in any student or selective service records. There is conjecture that Obama may have claimed foreign citizenship if it was to his advantage. Unfortunate conjecture, perhaps, but this is what happens when so much effort is expended keeping seemingly routine information a secret.
I’m not expecting Obama to be declared ineligible, but this “secrecy,” one of many qualities ascribed to Bush’s administration by the left, is in itself a concern.
