IMF warns of economic riots, police ready for civil unrest

Pentagon resources and U.S. troops may be used if needed to quell protests and bank runs during an economic crisis, the U.S. Army War College's Strategic Institute reported.

"Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security," the War College study states.

Incidents of economic collapse, terrorism and disruption of legal order could require deployment of forces within the U.S., it said.

A "strategic shock" could require the nation to use "military force against hostile groups inside the United States."

If a mob was threatening my family, you damn right I (and my wife) would be poppin' off rounds as fast as we could pull the trigger -

well, that is, IF we had any firearms, which we don't, because I sold them all over the years, even the one that I just bought prior to the election...

When will they start on the criminals who overstay
their visas or just invade?

The above groups kill over 3,000 Americans a year
and the rapes, drunks hurting Americans, the child
molesters all are higher than the total of 911 and
the Americans lost in the middle east.

There was something about a week or 2 ago, about them bringing 20,000 troops home, to train for domestic or homeland situations.

The National Guard is supposed to be our homeland defense, not the army or marines.

Seems more and more as though things have been WEEELLL thought out, and planned for, for quite some time. For just such an "emergency".

Martial law is defined as: military rule or authority imposed on a civilian population when the civil authorities cannot maintain law and order, as in a time of war or during an emergency.

Hitler turned Germany into a Nazi dictatorship through executive orders.

Executive Order 10995: All communications media are to be seized by the Federal Government. Radio, TV, newspapers, CB, Ham, telephones, and the internet will be under federal control. Hence, the First Amendment will be suspended indefinitely.

Executive Order 10997: All electrical power, fuels, and all minerals well be seized by the federal government.

Executive Order 10998: All food resources, farms and farm equipment will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated.

Executive Order 10999: All modes of transportation will go into government control. Any vehicle can be seized.

Executive Order 11000: All civilians can be used for work under federal supervision.

Executive Order 11490: Establishes presidential control over all US citizens, businesses, and churches in time of "emergency."

Executive Order 12919: Directs various Cabinet officials to be constantly ready to take over virtually all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency at the direction of the president.

Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. FEMA is under control of executive branch of the government.

Executive Order 12656: "ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES", "A national emergency is any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States. Policy for national security emergency preparedness shall be established by the President." This order includes federal takeover of all local law enforcement agencies, wage and price controls, prohibits you from moving assets in or out of the United States, creates a draft, controls all travel in and out of the United States, and much more.

Martial law can be declared due to natural disasters, Y2k Crisis, Stock Market crash, no electricity, riots, biological attack, .... anything leading to the breakdown of law and order.

Martial Law Executive Orders

While he said the Posse Comitatus Act limits the military's role in domestic law enforcement, he referenced a 1994 U.S. Defense Department Directive (DODD 3025) that gives military commanders authority during domestic emergencies to "save lives, prevent suffering or mitigate great property damage," according to the report.

Regime Change in D.C. in order to "save lives, prevent suffering or mitigate great property damage."

Of course those in charge of our “government” will be the ones defining “hostile groups.” Groups such as the NRA, no doubt. Still wonder why the Founders had such a fear of standing armies? When troops become the tool of a thug, rogue government, as they did in New Orleans (troops of police, etc) citizens rights become null. And leave it to our straight-arrow MSM to bury the story of guns of law abiding citizens being confiscated by those “government officials.”

Isn’t this what the National Guard is for? The military has no business doing this.

Exactly. They tell people to invest for their future and when their future is swindled away by WS crooks, they have no right to be angry.

The are going to make it happen.

In my view, there are many government officials who should be jailed for their dereliction of their duty to protect the US Constitution and our rights.

It should happen now, BEFORE they achieve their goal of global anarchy.

An AR15 won’t do any good against a hellfire missile on a predator drone or against a remote controlled robot. Think along these lines.

Lots of “may” and “could” and no real data. Pretty typical for WND though, sounding alarms with nothing to back it up.

I got an “important account information” flier from Chase the other day. This was one of the change paragraphs:

“If you request to withdraw large amounts in cash, we may place reasonable restrictions on the time and method of your withdrawal and may require that you sign a document releasing us from any liability in case you are robbed or assaulted. We may refuse the withdrawal if you do not agree with these conditions.”

What do they know is coming, that they have to CYA?

Has already happened, so they are CYA.

IF you go to the bank to pull out a large amount of cash, take some friends, friends with guns.

And I hope you have someplace safe, dry and secure to store the cash.

Once the FedGov releases the new Chocolate Dollar (commodities back currency) your greenbacks will be toilet paper anyway.
