Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.

It would not only take Rush off the air but all the other talk show hosts..

Not if whatever controlling entity declared the other shows as already 'balanced'.

The ballots and verifying eligibility is apparently a State issue. Currently, many states just require the candidate to swear they are eligible!!!! Some require an affidavit attesting they are eligible. None currently require proof. We the People can change that. Write your Governors, State House and Senate members, and local politicians.

Do NOT say this is for getting Obama to prove his eligibility in 2012. Say that this is to close a loop hole and to protect our Federation.

Dude, the BC is a nonissue. It is only an issue with a tiny portion of a tiny fringe of people who thought it could be an out. BC fanatics are fanatics, hopers and dreamers. There is no BC issue. Get it?????

You're wrong. Let Hussein produce the BC, let him quit fighting multiple court battles to avoid producing it, and maybe I'll think otherwise.

I'm waiting for Obama to show that same document he showed "Factcheck".org and DailyKooks as proof he was born in Hawaii to a court. Take your pick Obama, you have many law suits to pick from. Do it Obama, it's genuine - right?

And BTW, Rush just said Usurper twice in two consecutive sentences.

IF there IS a 2012 election.

There will be. One party, one candidate, and God help you if your town doesn't have 100% participation.

The BC issue is not dead, and it’s not going to die. It’s going to be a major issue for the next election in 2012 (assuming Obama is the nominee), if not before then. But you can keep screaming it’s dead if you want.

Fairness Doctrine.

I don't think that could be done by Executive Order. There might be enough in Congress that would overturn if he tried, but it'd be close. It'd be a huge public issue.

Rush could go to satellite. I'd bet El Rushbo already has plans to do it. It'd be the single biggest thing to happen to satellite radio, that's fer sure.

Get it????? Rush and others would be proclaimed certifiable and rightly so. I repeat it is a nonissue. You are nuts.

Why are you so afraid of a discussion about the requirement of our Constitution to have our President be native born? To date, Barack Obama has yet to produce a long form birth certificate proving he is native born? Why are you so afraid to discuss this? Does it not disturb you that a part of our Constitution is being ignored? Does it not disturb you that Barack Obama may have perpetrated a fraud? Does it not disturb you that this fraud has been facilitated, not only by his minions within the DNC, but by the MSM as well? Does it not disturb you that we have a judiciary, all the way up to the SCOTUS, who are unwilling to address this? Does it not disturb you that our supposed voices in the media (Rush, Sean, Mark and Laura) are unwilling to touch this issue. Why?

Maybe I am asking you the wrong questions. Maybe the question to you should be, what affront to our Constitution would it take for you to exhibit some backbone and stand up for it (our Constitution)?

I often think of those Army Rangers who scaled the cliffs of Pointe du Hoc on D-Day in the face of withering, pointblank machine gun fire. They never stopped their ascent until their goal was accomplished. All to defend our Constitution and our way of life. Are we now going to allow some interloper to skirt around our Constitution and in the process render it meaningless in view of all the sacrifices that have made to date to preserve it?

Is there another word that goes beyond hypocrisy? In the end Rush would win this battle. He'd make it back on the air and Obama would end up losing Congress. Yes Obama go for it. Coupled with all the other over-reach and the other stupid stuff you are thinking about implementing. I would enjoy the crash and burn. Now there's change we can believe in.

This is an effective rebuttal to the ‘see no’ monkeys: What affront to our Constitution would it take for you to exhibit some backbone and stand up for it (our Constitution)?

Besides, he isnt stupid enough to alienate 20 million Rush fans.

Unless O figures that these are 20 million votes that he hasn't a chance to get? WJC made a career out of strategically 'tweaking' Rush listeners -- something that both he & Rush benefitted from tremendously.

The technology isn’t up to task yet though. We had satellite radio and dumped it due to poor reception. We preferred the satellite programming to traditional radio but the signal was very spotty. We are in the tri state metro too. That should have reception.

It’s going to be a major issue for the next election in 2012...

Do you mean just like the BC issue was a major issue in the 2008 election?

Who can forget how his opponents, Hillary Clinton and John McCain kept pounding Obama on his NBC status?

After Kelo, I'd say the SCOTUS is a crapshoot at best.

I agree. My point is that the technology would get better, faster, if “talk radio” flees to internet/ satellite due to the “Fairness” Doctrine.
