He’s not a Senator anymore. He can’t even vote unless there’s tie. Poor Joe. The limelight’s gone but his mouth isn’t.

How does he arrive at the 30% figure?

""If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there's still a 30 percent chance we're going to get it wrong," was his message at the meeting."

Not much chance of hitting that 30% if they start by doing almost everything wrong.

30 percent chance Vice President Biden will be PRESIDENT Biden by 2010.

This current 47-year-old bird in there in the Oval Office is obviously an empty suit and clearly cannot handle the sheer weight of it (not that Biden can either!), and IMHO is heading for a major nervous breakdown with the world being the way it is and him shouldering the responsibilities. The relevant article to the Constitution may have to be invoked. It will be cleaner if he just resigns and goes away for treatment. Just sayin....

I’d say at most 30% they get it right.

How does he arrive at the 30% figure?

From the same rectal calculator he used during the VP debate.

“’If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there’s still a 30 percent chance we’re going to get it wrong,’ was his message at the meeting.”

Where does he get that figure? Is he a statistician now, in addition to a proud member of the parasite class?

I don’t care for the internal logic of this sentence. How can there be any chance at all that you’ll get it wrong if you “do everything right”? Or does doing everything right mean to him having good intentions? According to my understanding of economics, intentions have nothing to do with being right. Also, according to history, there’s a much smaller than 30% chance this’ll work.

“30%”???

The Vice President is just trying to sound as if the whole plan was scientifically figured out and the odds of success calculated out by leading economists.

I didn’t see the whole story, but I bet no one in the media called him on it with a followup question: “Mr Vice President, how did you calculate the 70% chance of success number”?

That’s pretty generous but far more accurate than his figure.

If this keeps up and in a month or two he, little øbama, is suddenly back in Hawaii or there is another "power outage" for the entire island one might speculate he is having the real BC put back in the records vault.

Look for a "leak" about a month later...

</i>Not much chance of hitting that 30% if they start by doing almost everything wrong.</i>

Of course there is. For example I am 70 years old and I was 30 at one time.

Quite possible. For now, though, we're being treated to Obamalamadingdong's impression of a 5 year old's temper tantrum.....and everyone knows the passage of this bill does not require a single Republican vote.

I would look for Hillary by 2010 as Biden cannot handle it either and you can bet that she will do all in her power to make sure he is too ill to become President.

Shortest time ever for a President to show his total incompetence for the job. Guess this Nation can thank the media for NOT doing their job during the election as they had on the kneepads for ZERO and protected him every step of the way.
