Parents who have more than two children are "irresponsible" for placing an intolerable burden on resources and increasing damage to eco-systems, says a leading green campaigner.
Curbing population growth through contraception must play a role in fighting global warming, argues Jonathon Porritt.
This week, the Optimum Population Trust (OPT), of which Mr Porrit is a patron, launched its "Stop at Two" online pledge to encourage couples to limit their family's size.

It’s very selfish for Mr. Porrit to continue living, when he’s obviously a waste of scarce resources.
What a dilemma for these nitwit socialists. If everyone has fewer children in order to save the planet, there won’t be enough taxpayers to pick up all the tax burden to cover all the pensioners and folks on the dole. All I can say is Hahahahaha...

I LOVE to see/hear about big families! (We only have 1 child between us, my husband and I for lots of different reasons....therefore, we want OTHERS to have what we could not.)
The only time it is selfish is when you expect others to pay for them somewhere along the way.
Some married couple who choose to have zero children are called “selfish.”

Just think if wack-o people like this don’t reproduce, we should be rid of them in a couple of generations.

So in the name of saving the planet we should not continue to populate it with more than two children? What about survival of the species? Well, I guess we’ll be gone a species but at least the planet will survive.

The dirty secret is that having one or lots of children can be a JOY, a blast, an adventure, a boon for others when you raise them right as best you can.

If you have children, you might have something to fight for...oh, can't have that. Any thinking about the future might cause sheeple to question their handlers.

As nations move from agricultural societies to predominantly manufacturing and service economies, birthrate invariably goes down. If liberals only understood that, they'd get the hell out of our way in trying to export our civilization to the rest of the planet.
Or people who married to a spouse that seems kinda nervous or keep putting it off to have children is selfish (in my book)..
This ass-clown has no point to his story, and is hopefully practicing what he preaches. If he never pro-creates we can all be that much happier that he is not spreading his idiocy...
