Alan Keyes: Stop Obama or U.S. will cease to exist
Claims 'communist usurper' plunges country into chaos

Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a pro-life rally that unless Obama's social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.
Keyes' comments were part of an interview with a reporter from KHAS-TV at a fundraiser for the AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center in Hastings, Neb.
"Obama is a radical communist, and I think it is becoming clear. That is what I told people in Illinois and now everybody realizes it's true," said Keyes, who ran unsuccessfully against Obama for the state's open Senate seat in 2004.
"He is going to destroy this country, and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist."
Keyes also reasserted his belief that unless the question of Obama's eligibility to serve as president is answered definitively, America may face the startling crisis of an executive branch run by a "usurper."
"Is he president of the United States?" Keyes asked the reporter of Obama. "According to the Constitution, in order to be eligible for president you have to be a natural born citizen. He has refused to provide proof."
"I'm not sure he's even president of the United States," Keyes continued, "neither are many of our military people now who are now going to court to ask the question, 'Do we have to obey a man who is not qualified under the constitution?'

If that’s the case, then how come you can’t recognize one when you see one????
Who, exactly, would you prefer Mr. Keyes to emulate? Philip Berg, Jerome Corsi, Leo D'Onofrio, Dr. Orly Taitz, Cort Wrotnowski and I could go on and on. Maybe someone needs to sound alarming to wake people up because the dignified legal approach is not working fast enough, if at all.
And btw, anybody can claim to be a former poster, and changing one’s screen name because their motherboard died (per your FR page) has got to be the lamest excuse yet.

OK..make your argument! prove to us all that Allan Keyes does not know of what he speaks! A nutcase is one who is illogical in thoughts and actions. Prove he is that...or is the real nutcase..YOU? Remember that it's liberals who spout off their mouths and don't or cannot use logical reason to back it up! Or they simply retreat back into their insanity.
Here on Free Republic we welcome all free speech. We get to examine it all in the light of truth and reason. It keeps our skills honed and sharp. To squash the voice of opposing opinions is tyranny. The we would be just like Democrats Socialists/Stalinists/Communists. Perish the thought!
If we are so afraid of offending people of color why is there so much trashing of Mr. Keyes.
I would say that the only people of color being trashed are right thinkers.
I cared, but I told them anyway. Now, I can hardly stand to look at them - they gave our country away !
Alan Keyes could no more change his personality than his skin color. Nor could I. Such is life.

His sense of 'alarmism' or urgency is exactly what we DO need. My problem with him is that he comes off as being too full of himself. Right after he makes some excellent argument or point, he sits back with a great big grin as if to say, 'ain't I wonderful'. A little more humility is what he needs. It doesn't actually bother me personally, it's the negative effect this undoubtedly has on much of his audience. Many would not even hear what he says, but would instead be focused on the way he says it. That is not the way to win over new supporters, especially in this current dumbed-down climate that exists today.
It would only require a minor adjustment, not a lobotomy.
If you're trying to win over independents and the average American voter to win a majority in the House, Senate and presidency, how the MSM characterizes you means everything. But much easier to blab your big angry mouths and not have to THINK before you speak.
LOL Dr. Keyes is what he is. There is no "minor" adjustment any more than there is a major one. You would have to know him to understand this fully and I have known he and his family for over a decade. He walks the path that God puts before him--not "presenting" anything, merely speaking truth.
Conservative leaders and pundits, including Rush, Levin Hannity and Coulter were saying what Obama was in the primaries. Alan is no more courageous or right than they were.
Furthermore, ten years ago, Alan was highly respected and was able to get away with some over the top remarks, not today - ironically, one of the reasons being his fledgling, shoddy, and poorly organized campaign against Obama.
For what reason(s) specifically do you say Alan Keyes is a nutcase? I really want to know.
