It’s not your fault. I’ve done title searches and keyword searches and have nothing show up, only to have the SAPP point out that it had already been posted (at 2 AM no less) and see that there were no keywords at all.

You just can’t win with some people.

I don’t mind duplicate posts. I’m not on 24/7 and miss a lot of the first ones. Thanks for posting this. It really needs to be seen.

Actually, it has been posted several times but never too many as far as I am concerned. The thing with this is, Obama can't change the rules, the senate has to. The rules used to be 50 votes, this is nothing new, but the republicans didn't go to 50 votes back in Bush's first term because they wanted to play fair. Remember, it was called the nuclear option and the republicans wouldn't change the rules which would have seen many more judges at lower levels appointed, plus Bolten would have been permanent(until now anyway)at the UN.

So, really there is nothing illegal with going to 50 votes, it is just a CS maneuver.
