Can they really do that? Denying a peaceful gathering on PUBLIC PROPERTY sounds like something someone might win a court case regarding... (Not a lawyer, just doesn’t sound legal for them to deny ALL public sites like that)

Careful Tea Party goers...I’ve heard that ACORN and ANSWER may counter or infiltrate. Also have heard/read here on FR about ACORN circulating phony petitions. READ before you sign.
