There is an interview about to start about Lt. Michael Behenna.
ping
BUMP!
Thanks Lancey.
Thanks for the heads up, bhf.
Sorry, Fred, but I’m in the rural part of rural America. Dial-up is all that’s available, and despite what anyone says, satellite is the pits.
I can’t follow even a voice broadcast....too slow. If there’s a transcript, please send it.
Behenna is in jail for killing an Al Qaeda guy who was killing his troops. It’s a travesty of justice, and evidence in favor of Behenna was not permitted into the trial..
Bump! Listening to it now.
Great show, Listen to the archive if you missed it live! Michael Behenna, A soldier fighting terrorism was abused by politics and is now in Leavenworth...
Hey ma. There was an interview on blog radio with Behenna’s family. Please help spread the word. Another complete railroad job.
Unfortunately, he won’t be the last. Why there are not more people in positions of power who will step in to stop this crap is beyond me. Their lack of care and concern shows their true worth (spit).
Do The Right Thing Radio has an interview interview with the parents of Lt. Michael Behenna to discuss the details of how their son was convicted of murdering an Al Queda terrorist, and what can be done to assist them in their quest to have that conviction overturned.
1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was an excellent officer. He received his call to serve his country while attending the University of Central Oklahoma. He is from a family of public servants, his mother being an Assistant United States Attorney and his father a retired Special Agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. He has served the Army and the United States with honor and dignity. To sacrifice the life of this Oklahoma soldier over the death of a known terrorist, is a breech of faith with all who are serving our country.

There is a VERY fascinating portion maybe about 15 minutes in where a flight attendant (whose parents are very Pro-Troop) tells the story about getting Benhenna a message to his parents while being transported in secret.
I may have missed that part last night when I was trying to phone in.
Thanx for pinging your list.
Being the people they are, I can see how they thought justice would easily prevail.
They kind of kept this whole story under wraps. How I so wanted to tell them “DO NOT TRUST THESE BASTARDS”.
It’s a long interview, but good. I’m still listening. I think I heard you. I’d like to see the families in a class action lawsuit against these jags.
