To be honest, I haven't read it yet. But the summary in the Volokh Conspiracy blog states:

"Ninth Circuit Panel Applies and Upholds the Federal Statute Preempting Various Lawsuits Against Gun Manufacturers, in Ileto v. Glock, Inc. (just handed down today)...{T]he opinion was by Judge Graber joined by Judge Reinhardt, with a partial concurrence and partial dissent by Judge Berzon."

This is pretty interesting to me, because anyone who knows the 9th Circuit knows that Judge Reinhardt is quite liberal. The 9th Circuit also in the last few weeks issued a decision stating that the individual right to bear arm upheld in the Heller decision applies to the States.

Some libs are libs until a reality event is perceived that breaks the shell — a paradigm shift, a personal black swan, a symmetry break out of the perfection landscape of a emotional model of the universe. I suspect that Obama’s actions may have caused such a event among Judges.
