After the wind blows down the teleprompter of Vice President Biden at the Air Force Academy graduation he joked "what am I going to tell the President when I tell him his teleprompter is broken? What will he do then?"

I guess Obama isn't a great judge of character. He was looking for gravitas, and all he got was a loose canon.
This video better be played over, and over, and over. But it won't. It will have to be our little in-joke. Just imagine if Cheney had said the same thing about Bush.

I have an old high school friend that never got married but he still wants to go out drinking and partying like he did 20 years ago. He doesn't have that switch in his head that tells him when a joke is inappropriate. Biden reminds me of that friend.
