Shep Smith attacks right-wing 'crazies'

Fox News anchor Shepard Smith, host of the top-rated evening cable newscast, believes Americans challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president are "crazies," saying "there is no truth whatsoever" to the suggestion Obama is not a "natural born citizen."
Smith made the remark during analysis of today's shooting at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, where an elderly gunman opened fire with a rifle, killing a security guard before himself being shot. Police were probing an alleged white supremacist, James von Brunn, as the assailant.
During his interview with Heidi Beirich of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Smith said:

Sheppie isn't a journalist, but does play one on TV. He would do well to try some investigative journalism and then report it instead of repeating the state run media birth certificate propaganda.

The only good news about Shep Smith is that, in order to avoid his telecast, I have learned to enjoy reruns of
NCIS. In this way, he acts like Geraldo Rivera, another reason to switch from Fox News.
Maybe we should get a list of Shep's sponsors as well. As long as Fox News doesn't replace Smith with David Letterman, we'd come out ahead even with an empty chair.

I saw that part as well. Shep, connected a mentally disturbed 89 year old WWII vet who shot and killed a security guard with that Homeland Security report that warned us that our national Security is threatened by pro lifers and Vets.
Shep and that drama queen Giraldo are making CNN look conservative.

Shep, there is no proof whatsoever that he is a natural born citizen. Furthermore, being called crazy by a man who cannot figure out how his genitals work or what they are for is really rather ironic. I’d also like to let you know that I quit watching your show a very long time ago. Watching a frothing, ranting man-bitch is not my idea of being informed.

Ahem....that would be VERY unlikely.
Having said that, Shep is something of an old school gentleman, both on and off camera. I suspect that coming up from the South, he was raised that way. Nothing wrong with that. Having command of the social graces is lost on many of the media these days. He’s really quite a likeable guy.
Too bad he drives left of the centerline, but that’s ok. I can live with that (I have a brother that’s the same way, sigh).
