the UAW will never survive driving Chrysler and GM onto the rocks. I’m almost glad to see them taking an ownership stake-because neither company will be around in 10 years and the VEBA committments will bankrupt them.

A lot of union dues are also stolen by the crooked unaccountable leadership.
But the REAL STORY (totally unreported in the “state media,” as Rush now correctly calls it) is the massive destruction of union retirement funds by the democrat party’s war on Wall street and capitalism.
