And I would guess that as he develops more and more political enemies, those enemies (even the liberal ones) ARE going to give this legitimacy issue serious thought. If Republicans can turn on Sarah about her “expensive” clothes, then these piranhas will probably eat each other alive.

I work with a guy from there, an old guy, he's Indian not British, although I think, like BHO, he was born a British subject, but he doesn't like the change.

1.I say this: Let us move our focus away from Obama---the Obama camp loves it when we focus on Obama, because they know that Obama can hide behind the tight medical privacy laws---and put our focus and energy on finding out if Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother, was a patient at Kapiolani hospital on Aug.4, 1961, the day Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii.
2.I say the above because I believe that the Obama camp knows that Obama and Kapiolani hospital are on shaky ground when they argue that Obama has the legal right to stop the public from finding out if Stanley Ann Dunham, who died many years ago, was or was not a patient at Kapiolani hospital on Aug. 4, 1961.
3. Myself, I don't understand what legal power President Obama as a private citizen has to stop Kapiolani Hospital from officially telling the public whether or not Stanley Ann Dunham or any variation of that name was a patient at the hospital on Aug. 4, 1961.
4.Remember, we are NOT asking to see Stanley Ann Dunham's detailed hospital records.
5. Rather, we are simply asking if she was a patient on the date of Aug. 4, 1961, the day Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii.
6.Finally, I wish some bright, never-give-up lawyer or lawyers would challenge Kapiolani hospital officials when the hospital officials argue that they are restrained by medical privacy laws from even admitting that Stanley Ann Dunham was or was not a patient there way back on Aug.4, 1961, nearly 50 years ago for pete's sake.

I was thinking the same thing. Just as the potential evidence against Obama builds, the opposition from within his party will begin to grow as well- that’s only natural (i.e. Hillary Clinton).

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits Please distribute everywhere. Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama. At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified Potus/cinc.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

That's what I was thinking. The ignorant and uninformed aside, any rational person with only a moderate grasp of the BC issue has to have some niggling questions - regardless of any political orientation. The "you can't fool all of the people all of the time" dynamic.
I'd be rather surprised if nobody in his circle bothered to ask him "Hey uh, BTW, Mr. President, what hospital were you born at anyway?."
Also, some have to be wondering why he's spent 7 figures in court fighting having toproduce a simple document rather than produce it. Some must wonder about that bull$*** COLB that was posted online.
