Personally... I think the old system is going to crash. After it happens we will either have a revival to our American roots based on personal liberty or go down the road of tyranny with complete government control.

You are welcome.

Origins

STORM grew out of a radical people of color organization in the Bay Area called Roots Against War (RAW), which was committed to involving young people of color in direct action protests against the Gulf War. RAW emerged in the early 1990s and organized mass protests in the Bay Area around the Rodney King verdict, as well as protests in 1992 against the commemoration of the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus landing in the Americas in 1492.

“Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form, all guns that you have or own.
It may require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.

This bill was introduced on Feb.. 24.
This bill will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law”

While I wouldn’t put it past them, this appears to be an internet hoax. More likely, I would expect them to implement interlocking pieces of legislation as riders to other bills.

All I know is if Germany and Japan can rebuild after World War II to become very prosperous countries, there is no reason why we can't come back stronger after a reset. We conservatives outnumber them.

Some? Barack Obama IS a terrorist attack. The longest most skillfully planned and devastating attack we will ever know. Can you not see the Muslim enemy laughing at American’s stupidity? Obama told us and showed us who he was, he even had a muslim father, stepfather and middle name. He specifically wrote he would stand with the Muslims. We are a joke and deserve whatever we get.

As long as people keep standing up to defend the Constitution and the principles of our Founding Fathers we should be all right. And you know, as scary as all this stuff is, I like to just remind people that Jimmy Carter gave us Ronald Reagan. I can’t wait to see who we get because of Zero and his Congress.

But that’s only provided that we, like I said, continue to stand and defend our Constitution.

Jones was a founder and leader of the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM. That organization had its roots in a grouping of black people organizing to protest the first Gulf War. STORM was formally founded in 1994, becoming one of the most influential and active radical groups in the San Francisco Bay area.

STORM worked with known communist leaders. It led the charge in black protests against various issues, including a local attempt to pass Proposition 21, a ballot initiative that sought to increase the penalties for violent crimes and require more juvenile offenders to be tried as adults.

The leftist blog Machete 48 identifies STORM’s influences as “third-worldist Marxism (and an often vulgar Maoism).”

Jones did not return WND requests for comment left at his Green for All organization.

Speaking to the East Bay Express, Jones said he first became radicalized in the wake of the 1992 Rodney King riots, during which time he was arrested.

“I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.”

“I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’ I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary,” he said.

Trevor Loudon, a communist researcher and administrator of the New Zeal blog, identified several Bay area communists who worked with STORM, including Elizabeth Martinez, who helped advise Jones’ Ella Baker Human Rights Center, which Jones founded to advocate civil justice. Jones and Martinez also attended a “Challenging White Supremacy” workshop together.

Martinez was a long time Maoist who went on to join the Communist Party USA breakaway organization Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS) in the early 1990’s, according to Loudon. Martinez still serves on the CCDS council and is also a board member of the Movement for a Democratic Society, where she sits alongside former Weathermen radicals Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn.

One of STORM’s newsletters featured a tribute to Amilcar Cabral, the late Marxist revolutionary leader of Guinea-Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands.

The tribute is noteworthy because Jones reportedly named his son after Cabral and reportedly concludes every email with a quote from the communist leader.

STORM eventually fell apart amid bickering amongst its leaders.

Jones then moved on to environmentalism. He used his Ella Baker Center to advocate “inclusive” environmentalism and launch a Green-Collar Jobs Campaign, which led to the nation’s first Green Jobs Corps in Oakland, Calif.

HR 45 exists (the link in the other post was broken), introduced in January, and referred to committee. I would be surprised if similar measures were NOT introduced in each recent session of Congress. Congress is a dedicated enemy of freedom. So are the federal courts, when it comes to the 2nd amendment - they are completely corrupt on a legal and intellectual level. I'd love for Beck to pick up a recent 2nd amendment case (Hamblen comes to mind) and show how the Feds have been corrupting binding precedent.
